Mrs. Whittington, again I am sorry you are frustrated with our no refund policy. You and I both know that prior to your arrival and during your check-in, I explained that we do not have cable or Wi-Fi services and that our restrooms are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You guys have stayed nearly 3 weeks of your one month stay with us. I think you will find that most RV parks do not issue refunds, especially when you have stayed a considerable portion of your original paid-thru date. I wish you luck in the future. False advertisement , no showers , no WiFi , no concrete pads , tried to get money back for time not used but owner refused. Owner was not professional , did not care about our situation. Will never refer anyone!
