Rules

RV Site Policy

Items left outside must be kept to a minimum and must be kept neat. All coolers, ladders, tool boxes, etc. must be out of sight, not visible from the road. If renting monthly, cannot have trailers, boats or tents stored on their site. Only 2 cars/trucks allowed at site. No visible clotheslines allowed. Sewer connections must be sealed. No tents are allowed on RV sites. Fires are permitted at RV site if contained in Fire Ring.

Pet Policy

Dogs must be on a leash at all times when they are in Omega Farms RV Park. All pet droppings must be cleaned up immediately. Aggressive breed dogs are not allowed in the park. (Pit bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, and Wolf Hybrids). Other dogs that show aggressive behavior or constant barking will also not be allowed. No outside pet pens are allowed. Pets must be kept inside RV if guest is not outside. No barking dogs left alone in RV while guest is gone.

Fishing Pond Policy

Fishing is permitted on a catch and release basis. No swimming in the pond.

Quiet Time Policy

Quiet time in the park is from 10:00p - 8:00a.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: 12 noon | Check-Out Time: 11a (unless late departure approved by management)

Campground Policy

All RVs must stop at office before entering the park. Speed limit in the park is 8MPH. Monthly RVs must be 10 or less years of age. Exceptions can apply if a picture is provided and RV is in good condition. All RVs must be in good condition and have a good overall appearance. NO FEMA TRAILERS. Mail can be sent to the RV park using the Omega Farms address. All buildings are a smoke-free area.

Patio charge

Pull thru sites with patios cost $1/day. $10/weekly & $10/monthly

Additional Guest Policy

Rates are based on 2 individuals plus children under the age of 7 years old. $2.50/day or $30.00/month for each additional guest over the age of 7.
