Trails need some upkeep and more signage/markings. A lot of potential, however. Restrooms could use an upgrade and showers on site would be a plus. But overall, pretty decent.

Very nice camping area. Definitely be coming back

Campground was nice, kids playground was also nice, would have been nice if by the camper dump there would have been water for rinsing and the road by the dump was level

GREAT TIME The WEATHER COOPERATED so all 8 grandchildren and Grandparents had a relaxing time. Fun hikes, baseball practice, & walks up the creek.

We stopped there on a Thursday night. Very few other campers. Water nearby; it was very hard for me to push on. Not sure if a hose could be attached to prevent getting wet. Pit toilet clean and didn’t smell! But a light in bathroom would be nice. Very easy to get to off hwy 46. Great value for $20 with electric. Would stay there again.

Great little campground. Kids loved the trails and little foot bridges and playground nice and piece full

Super fun campground with an awesome playground. The creek and the trails and the camp spots were awesome. The only reason I give it four stars was the bathrooms were rudimentary but were well stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. We came with a pop-up and the electric hookup went great. No water hook ups at our site but it was not to far to the spout. We had a great time.

Camp ground had a lot of room between campers. Large trees, good shade. Very quiet - some highway noise. No modern restrooms or showers. The biggest drawback was No cell service, you had to walk to the ball field to get just one bar. Reguardless we will go again next year.

I will come back. The county crew was out the next day after a 5pm storm took down trees. There were rustic campsites open all weekend. They cannot be reserved, but I may take a chance. One group was much larger than registered. I think a family. They were well behaved. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday there were only two of us camping.

Campground Response

Leon thank you for camping with us. It was nice to meet you tuesday. The group you referenced rented five spots to accommodate thier group size. Hope to see you back. Thank You.

everything was great but dump station was full needs to be pumped

Campground Response

Thank you for camping with us Richard. As posted on our County web pages, Little Yellowstone RV Dump site is closed due to high ground water Please use Clausen Springs Dump site. We are hoping with some warm dry weather we can get the issue resolved. Until then please follow the updates on the web page.

Wonderful campground. We had a great time and so did our children. We just wish they had water hookups for those pulling campers, but that definitely won't stop us from returning.

Diane Peterson

It was great except they turn the water off to early. I think it should go according to weather. It was very peaceful and amazing.

Campground Response

Water is shut off end of September early October left on two weeks longer this year due to nice weather. Shutoff is posted on our County web page.

This is a nice and quiet campground. We stopped there just for one night on way home from western United States.

We love little Yellowstone.

Tina Travelletti

A nice campground. Bring fly spray. So many flies that we were unable to sit outside. Other than that it was ok.

Christine Neys

Nice clean bathroom, plenty of shade and fairly quiet. Some traffic noise, but not that noisy that it was disturbing. Best part was the nice large campsites! Plenty of room for privacy.

Maxine Roberg

Had a Very enjoyable weekend! I'm sure we will be back. The manager checked in a few times too and asked if we need anything.

Susan Christensen

Beautiful setting. Although the highway was a bit noisy during the day it quieted down at night. This is a well kept up campground with a great play area for kids and nice hiking along the river.

Falynn Fleischfresser

This is a fantastic place. The only thing I suggest is site 5 needs leveled and graveled. Its very hard to get an rv level and you constantly are cracking an ankle in the holes and dips

Great! Heavy on the flies otherwise peaceful and good
