Rules

Pets

We are pet friendly, except no pit bull or pit bull mixes. No aggressive pets, no matter what breed. We require that your pet be on a leash at all times. We ask that you immediately clean up after your pet. Please respect your camping neighbors and do no leave you pet outside unattended, nor let you pet bark constantly. No pets in the bathhouses or pool area. You will be asked to take your pet home if these rules are not followed.

Reservation/refund policy

You are responsible for each day of your reservation, which must be paid upon check in. There will be no refunds given.

Cancellation policy

Failure to show will result in a charge of one night's base rate stay. There will be no cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged one night's base rate. On holiday weekends a failure to show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival will result in a 3 night base rate charge. Electing to use a credit card to guarantee your reservation is an authorization for these charges in the event of a failure to show or cancellation. This policy applies to boat rentals also for the days reserved. If a boat is not returned on time, an after hours rate will be charged at $125 per hour, minimum 1 hour.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect your camping neighbors.

Childrens safety

All children must be accompanied by an adult on the marina and all children under 12 must wear a life jacket while on the dock. We have life jackets to loan out if needed. Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool. No lifeguard on duty.

Guests

All guests must check in upon arrival . They must pay a guest fee of $3.00 per person per day (over 12 yrs old). All vehicles must have a car pass displayed while on the property.

Theft/accidents

Management assumes no responsibilty for loss by theft, fire, accident or injury to guest.

Deposit policy

We require a credit card number to hold your reservation. There is no charge when you make a reservation. Or you may mail in a check for one night's stay.

Safety

No fireworks or firearms allowed on the property.

Vehicle restrictions

One vehicle per campsite is allowed, there is excess parking available on the property. Please do not park on open campsites. No UTVs or ATVs allowed. Golf carts are allowed, but you must pay a fee and sign a copy of the golf cart rules. Handicapped motorized vehicles are allowed.

Length of stay

There is no required length of stay except for holiday weekends. We require a minimum of 3 nights.

Check in - Check out

Check in and check out time is 2:00pm. Exception: Rental campers - check in is 2:00pm and check out is 11:00am

If there was no stars that is what I would score it! They lied to us and said there were boat rentals. No boat rentals ! They said camping site fishing. It was a huge rock hill right into the mud! No ooff campsite fishing! No WiFi for longer than 3 minutes. No trash cans. And packed like sardines among the live in campers. We stayed a few hours and left as soon as we found another place! I would not recommend this dump to anyone!!!!

This is a really beautiful park for families and pets! The staff was so nice and helpful. There were plenty of sites to choose from that was very spacious and had all the amenities we could need. There were so many fun activities for the whole family we found them very relaxing. The location was perfect as there were so many stunning views throughout the entire park and surrounding it. Everything was nicely maintained and that really gave us a nice and calming feeling as we don’t like dirty parks.
