Excellent RV Park, clean restrooms, friendly staff who are very helpful. Sites are big and it's really close to the beach, restaurants and activities. This is one of our favorite places to stay

This is Not a Retreat! just a Trailer Park! Ants Ants Ants all over the place we spoke to the park mgr. Marcus about it, and he said their ants nothing we can do about it! We had to go to store to buy our own ant killer, REALLY! while we were their other campers had their chairs stolen & bathrooms were vandalized. Public bathrooms are cleaned by the elderly volunteers not very clean, also while we were there, we seen what looked like people who live there in trailers go at night and steal paver from other sites for their use for their patio, who does this? Now let's talk about the cesspool they call a Pool, in the mornings we would see employees blow all what looks like slime to 1 end of the pool and try to remove the filth that was from the night before AGAIN we spoke to the park mgr. Marcus about it what's going on with the pool and he said there's nothing we can do about it! , about 40 to 50 people were in the pool and NOT 1 Person left to go to bathroom but yet drinking ALL day, there are NO Bathrooms at the pool, don't know about you but this is DISGUSTING and don't like swimming in a PEE Pond! we were there last year and it wasn't like this! I Was told they hired a new park manger & Maintenace mgr. that maintains the pool. my opinion Fire this people! the park went downhill, my opinion, GO ELSEWHERE there's much nicer parks for this high-priced park around the area.

My husband and I were there a few weeks ago. The staff was friendly and bathhouse very clean. Our only complaint is a lady that told us she was on staff there and we were speeding and she would write us up,very rude!

(on Fort Morgan Road) - another friendly RV Park just a couple miles from highway 59 and the beach. Larger park with FHU, pool, picnic tables, clubhouse, free cable, playground, concrete parking/patio pads, laundry, has daily, weekly, seasonal rates.
