Only leaving a 1-star, because 0-star is not an option. - campground is not well kept - no park attendants on-site (that we know of) --- there was a long page of notes on the front door, with a contact # (called to check-in; but it sounded like an answering service). - texted the same number about the issues with both bathrooms; only to be met with an argumentative reply (that the matter had been dealt with yesterday... when clearly we could not be raising these issues if they HAD been taken care of. Pics were forwarded of the issues & they said they would be taken care of, but ALL matters remained throughout our stay. --- women's restroom *** toilet 1: dirty/clogged *** toilet 2: not toilet paper *** trash can full *** floors dirty *** shower stalls dirty (dirt, hair, etc.) --- men's restroom *** floors dirty *** trash can full *** dirty clothes left on counter *** dirty shower stalls (dirt, hair, etc.) Large sign on the front door with a list of rules, the contact #, etc.; and a private residence sign. Cannot be certain if the residents were in residence, as all of the matters listed were NEVER addressed & no one was seen for our entire stay. While the location of this park was & would be convenient for stays in the area - we will not stay here again, nor would we recommend anyone else to do so either. Did see that monthly stays are an option & it appeared that many of the campers are likely long-term residents. And perhaps this rv park is good for that - but any other short-term stays should be taken out of the menu of services.

Campground Response

I'm sorry to hear your stay was not what you expected. We called out handyman and cleaning service to be there asap after receiving your text and I have verified these issues have been taken care of. We do have people onsite to address issues as needed, I have been in communication with them to ensure this does not occur again.

Positives - restrooms n showers were clean. Although upgrades could be made. Very dim. High weeds around buildings and lots. Biggest negative is the road noise, park is very close to a major road that never seemed to quiet down. Hosts were prompt when we had questions. Wife said their restrooms were not lit well. Rv spots very small so you are very close to your neighbors but we did not have any noise issues from that except from one neighbors doh who barked all night.

Campground Response

Thank you for your feedback, we are in the process of contracting a new landscaper, improving lighting and making spaces wider.
