Great stay except heavy rain left about one inch of water puddled on slab making walking around camper difficult. Slab didn’t drain properly. Kim is always nice. Will book again

KIM WAS GREAT AND TOOK VERY GOODF CARE OF ME AND MY NEEDS TO HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE LONG TERM. WILL DEFINETLY BE BACK TO STAY LONGER

Was a great place for been newbies. People was nice friendly especially Mr Smoky. Assist us in very 1st campsite setup. Resort was nice and clean. Very quiet the night we was there.

We had a great end spot across from the pool and a nice grassy area for the dogs!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice facility When came off I-35 from north would be good to have sign pointing ahead to campground because campground buried in camper business and couldn’t be seen.

This place is a wonder and simple resort Ms.Kim at the front desk is a delight and the amenities are very clean and spacious. I had a water leak from my inlet hose to my camper the maintenance man came up and helped me fix it. My stay was cut short due to work moving but the weeks I was there it was a joy and everyone is friendly. Will be staying there again if ever coming through Alvarado Texas.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and convenient for shopping and repair at Camping World.

32' class C with a towed Jeep. One night passing through. Both pull through and back-in available. I used pull through due to the towed vehicle. Extremely easy off and on the Interstate. Could hear traffic outside the motorhome but not inside. All concrete and level. Plenty of room to maneuver and wide spacing between sites. Park representative Kim very nice and understanding on the phone. Did not meet her in person, as the office was closed, assuming for New Years Day. We were a day late because of a mechanical (tire) issue. No problem for Kim. Clean restrooms and showers. Only negative was no hot water. Not even warm. Cold only. Ran it over 5 minutes. So, no shower for us that night. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Would stay again if the hot water situation is fixed.

Great park! Nice roomy concrete pads. Easy and convenient location. Will be on our regular schedule.

Great place to stay and the management is awesome.

Conveniently located, friendly staff. Lots of concrete and asphalt, making walking to facilities easier (better than gravel) for customers with disabilities or using any mobility equipment. The pool is closed in winter, but its very pretty, looking forward to spring and summer!

Very nice, clean and easy access from I35W South. Easy access when leaving also.

Arriving at the park, Apple maps took me to Camping World, on the other side of the Freeway, I had to call and get directions. Sites are nice and long and good amount of space between sites. The park has plenty of live ins some of the RV's have seen better days, lots stuff stored outside of RV"s. Vehicles with flat tires, large oil leaks on the concrete. They have a posted speed limit of 7mph in the park and no one seems to obey it, even management and maintenance. Dog poop all over the park. Do not leave your door open on grass cutting days they mow and blow the cut grass right into your RV

Or appears it's mostly long term residents; however they do keep spots open for overnighters. Park was clean and staff was pleasant. Easy access from and to expressway. We came in after hours and communication was some by text. Would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. I only gave 4 stars because the pool wasn't heated and it was dirty. The carports that we parked our camper under were great. So nice to sit under and our RV was so much cooler. The staff were warm and welcoming and the facilities were clean. Nice dog park area also.
