Camping and Water Related Activities Wavier

I understand the rules and rental conditions upon which I am renting accommodations, equipment and using the rest of the associated property … lodging and camping and use of the swimming/bathing facilities. The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. In agreeing to this, I acknowledge that outdoor and water activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometime result in injury and even death. Water facilities contain inherent risks, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity. I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for those in my charge under the age of 18). I hereby assume all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to Bobcat Creek RV Park and use, operation or possession of equipment hired or loaned to me. Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge and visit Bobcat Creek RV Park and associated properties and engage in activities or events at Bobcat Creek RV Park at my own risk. I will abide by the rules and accept the rental conditions: I. - The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented, and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period. II. - I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Bobcat Creek RV Park and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever rising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not. III. - I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that Bobcat Creek RV Park and its board of directors, officers and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned or rented. IV. - I enter into agreement freely with Bobcat Creek RV Park at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and river activities and assume any and all responsibility for myself and the minor children in my charge. V. - All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund less $10 service fee if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds if cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival date.

CHILDREN

CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

SITE RULES

SITES MUST BE KEPT NICE AND TIDY. NO TARPS. RV'S MUST BE KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION.NO OUTSIDE FREEZERS OR REFRIGERATORS OR WINDOW A/C UNITS . NO MAJOR AUTO/RV REPAIR. USE 30 OR 50 AMP SERVICE , NOT BOTH. WHEN RUNNING A/C CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS. NO SPACE HEATERS. NO LOUD PARTIES. NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.

SPEED LIMIT

SPEED LIMIT IN PARK IS 5 MPH. NO DRIVING OR PARKING ON GRASS.

QUITE HOURS

QUITE HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 7 AM 7 DAYS A WEEK. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER CAMPERS DURING THESE HOURS.

PET RESTRICTIONS

NO AGGRESIVE PETS OF ANY KIND. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. PETS MUST BE PICKED AFTER AND WASTE PUT IN DUMPSTER. NO CONTINUOUSLY BARKING DOGS. PLEASE DO NOT STAKE OUT DOGS.

This park is great, really enjoyed our stay. We had a windshield mishap on the way there so we had to borrow a ladder from the owner and 2 other campers came out to see if they could help my husband. We would stay here again.

Park was very clean. The owners were super nice and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward. There was a nice trail that looped around the campground and that was a nice walk for our two dogs. I would have easily given this campground a 5 but for the freeway noise that carries over from I-40. Not much they can do about that. Otherwise, this is a really nice campground, it is well run and clean.

Very nice, clean, well maintained park. Our site was level and plenty of room for our 43’ motorhome. Office staff at the store was very friendly. They have a small kitchen in the store and they will deliver to your site. Great chicken dinners. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convienient little RV park. Friendly, helpful people run it. It's a nice, inexpensive little park without amenities. If you are looking for a quiet place, clean, shady. This is it. If your looking for pools, hottubs, games, keep moving. They have food and fuel too.

Nice spot but the driveway out of the park (the only way out) was rocks and sand and our front wheel drive car had a lot of trouble making it up the hill while towing our 13 foot trailer. Three times we tried to get to the top and had to back up further and further to try to pick up enough speed to make it to the top. no luck. A wonderful fellow had just stopped for gas (it was Memorial Day and no one was in the station office) and suggested we unplug the electric brakes to the trailer. That worked. So if you have front wheel drive -- beware!

Friendly check-in and guided to site. The site was level and the utilities were in excellent condition. Our sewer did require a very long hose to reach without unhooking our toad. They delivered a hot meal to us which was reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again.

Great RV park. Very friendly people! We had a nice pull through site on the end with 2 trees and plenty of grass. Laundry is $1 per wash & dry. They will bring chicken dinners to your door. No shower facilities that I found.

This campground is small and quiet. The owners were very pleasant. If you’re looking for a place to rest for the night this is a great stop. We had a full hook up site and took a walk on their trail. The trail is very pretty and nicely maintained. You can get a chicken dinner delivered to your campsite. Overall, a good experience.

Great spot, very level (had to do nothing) gravel parking pad surrounded by grass. Good water & power with sewer. Would give it a 5 star except no bathrooms or showers - but I knew that before I came. Excellent overnight location.
