The RV parks in Old Town, Florida are located on the outskirts of one of America’s top entertainment destinations – Orlando. Home to Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld, Orlando has plenty of activities for everyone in the family. Instead of staying at Disney World, there are several Old Town RV parks and campgrounds in the area. There are also numerous golf courses, lakes and other activities in the area.

Though there are several big attractions in the area in the form of roller coasters, movies, plays, Disney-related entertainment, as well as watching exotic sea life at Seaworld. There are also numerous outdoor activities away from the hustle and bustle of the large parks. Lake Tohopekaliga, known as Lake Toho, is just down the road from Old Town, near Kissimmee. The 22,700 acre lake flows inland from Shingle Creek. The lake offers many water activities, but it’s well known for its bass fishing and bird watching. There are multiple walking paths, which offer gorgeous views. Benches are dotted along the trails, offering up the chance to stop and enjoy breathtaking views.

Old Town is also just south of the Ocala National Forest, which offers up some of Florida’s wildlife. It’s also just under an hour drive to Cocoa Beach, which is one of the most pristine beaches in all of Florida.
