Enjoyed our stay. Easy assess to gas stations, groceries and with a little drive you can explore Monterey. They carry power extension cords and sewer line for use. Just ask! They really go the extra distance to make your stay relaxing!!

We love this place! We’ve been coming for years. Ray, Lori, and the fairgrounds staff keep the grounds clean and safe. They make our vacation a pleasure.

Great central location, clean bathrooms and showers. Has shaded and sunny sites with full hook-ups. Only negative was a golf ball came sailing over the fence- needs more netting.

We love it here. It’s a great location for Monterey travels. Quiet park. Easy check in. Only downsize is the noise of the airplanes from the airport next door. Keep white noise running. It really helps.

We have stayed here several times. Great location in Monterey with easy acess to everything. That is why 3 stars. That said, the staff didn't care their water spicket was leaking. Kinda wet. Airplanes galore. Waking us up in the early morning.

Okay, it's a parking lot with full hook ups but don't let that scare you. The upper lot is paved and clean and the fair setting is pleasant and nice with good shade next to a golf course. Parking is nearly level so not much lift needed. Hook ups are on a shared line which is why your access may be left or right - simplifies their infrastructure and lowers cost. Location is great. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and hotels (Hyatt close by for breakfast). 24-hour in and out but Gate code needed after 5 pm which is great for security and safety. Sole bathroom, men's and women's, are clean and functional with plenty of hot water. No amenities but given the location and price we thought it was great. Our new "go to" for a few days in Monterey.

In real estate, it’s all about location. And that’s what this place has. The RV park is just a parking lot with hookups. But if you have a bigger rig and want to be close to Monterey, this may be the spot for you. We had one irritating feature. There’s a permanent resident next to space #30, that was assigned to us. They have a number of raptors- eagles, falcons, hawks, etc. that are outside, literally 5 feet away from space 30. They are tethered to their stands, so can’t get away. And they scream continuously all day - it a loud, unpleasant sound. Their keepers come periodically, but one night didn’t return until after 11 pm, to put them away for the night. Interesting at first, but then really annoying. Don’t accept a space near #30.

Location, location. But you feel like you are in a parking lot. As of 6am, be prepared for the jets flying overhead as they are right next to the airport. The people that work there. however, are extremely nice.

We had full hookups, but be aware of flying golf balls. One bounced off the top of our Airstream. No damage that we know of. You’ll be given a code to get in after hours which wasn’t a problem. Weak wifi.

Great stay. Good location and good price also very kind and helpful staff. It’s good to note it’s mostly like a parking lot with full hookups. We will stay here again for sure.

Camp host so kind and helpful! Spaces are nothing fancy and hook ups can be a little tricky. But they have sewer extenders for you to use. Great location, close to everything. Enjoyed our stay.

It’s a nice place to stay. The spaces are a little tight, but adequate. Lots of nice trees and shade. We left the RV there and took Uber rides to town, which was not expensive but the aquarium sure was!

Nice park. Great location. Spaces are flat and fairly wide. Only problem was they only have a one washing machine. And the dryer was not working. We went to laundry a few blocks away.

Easy to access from the freeway and easy to get to any place you wish to be. Clean and neat. It is under the approach to the airport so be ready for the very early morning flights! We would stay here again.
