Taking Exit 328 on I35 and a quick hop 1.7 miles East of the interstate on Greig Drive, we are the perfect mid-way point for travelers between Dallas and Austin as well as Snow Birds or Winter Texans as we like to call y'all! We are are a little slice of Texas Heaven with all the amenities of the city just a couple miles away. This must-see tourist attraction is located less than 10 miles from our park along with many other fabulous gems our community has to offer. The American RV Park is located in the beautiful and cozy town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the nearby Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's also a forest of pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Plantation Place RV Park is located in the gorgeous small town of Sunnyvale and is a great spot for a fun Southern escape. Campers can look forward to plenty of greenery and 40 miles of wide open spaces for nature walks, sunset viewing and stargazing. Plus, the park is just 13 miles from downtown Dallas, so get ready for great shopping, restaurants, State Fair, Cotton Bowl and the rest of the Dallas skyline. 74 acre country setting in Jack County, Texas.  112 RV sites, 46 cottages, 4 seasonal swimming  pools including little persons waterfall, shallow pool and splash pad and an adult only pool, volleyball pool and pool for all ages.  Multiple playgrounds including "Mitchell Field" baseball with backstop and seating.  Battery RC car track and peddle bicycle area. Year around events including, Bluegrass Festivals, Adult only Live Music Dance weekends, Halloween Happenings, and Holiday events with parades including the Memorial Day Crazy Hat Parade.  The park also hosts an annual New Year event, although sometimes "Redneck" style as it is held on weekends close to actual date.
