This park is just north of Dallas, and as soon as you get past all of the development, it seems like a rural area. The park is very clean, quiet, and the sites are spacious. We spent 3 nites there while visiting friends in Plano, and we really felt at home there. Access to the toll roads is close by, as is shopping (grocery, Wal-mart, etc.)--within 5 miles. The sites did not have trees, tho, and the area has been without much rain in a while, so the creek didn't have water. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Great place! Large, clean, good looking park with many level, roomy gravel FHU (30 and 50 amp) sites. Very big rig friendly. All sites are back-ins but there are lots of grassy spaces behind and on each side of the sites. The front desk staff members were all friendly and efficient. Park has a laundry with several washers and dryers, clean restrooms and showers, great pool, outside gathering/ conversation area with large fire pit and chairs, fitness room, clubhouse, basketball court, activity schedule, designated dog walking area. Propane sales. Private washing service available for RVers who want this service. The WiFi, though free (and there were several towers), didn’t work for us. We had to use our MiFi (as usual in nearly every park we visit now). Metered water and electricity. Depending on the traffic, about 25 minutes to downtown Denton and a half hour to Carrollton or Frisco. We could easily stay here again for a longer time. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
