Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Laguna Vista is located in the beautiful Texas town of Marshall, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Onsite, campers can look forward to an absolutely breathtaking natural terrain on land and water, as well as golfing, fishing, boating, birding, wind surfing and kite surfing. Nearby, travelers can enjoy great attractions like the Texas & Pacific Railway Museum, Harrison County Historical Museum, Michelson Museum of Art, Marshall Pottery, Karma Farms and a number of excellent local eateries and pubs. Hope Village Inn & RV Park is located near Hope, Arkansas. It features 32 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park is pet-friendly and has a dump station. Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Kiamichi Valley RV Park is located 7 miles west of Big Cedar, OK and just 3 miles from Billy Creek Recreation Area in the Ouachita National Forest. Access is directly off the highway and the hard packed road is usable for motorcycles. Rains, snow, flat tires (We hope not!), illness (We hope not!), alien abduction (Not too likely.). We're doing this by request only. Go ahead and request to book and we'll make sure you're informed before you choose to lock in your reservation. We're not so strict most of the year. Thanks for understanding!* Check-ins must be before Monday. Please be here by Sunday night. We want you to avoid the traffic and last-minute stressors.* We strongly suggest you stay over Monday night. Let everyone else in the area clear out while you chill on the river.* We will be marking off 20' x 20' site spaces. They are still first-come/first-served. Expect to be close to your new friends. Unless you are early, expect that you may be away from the river, over by the creek or the RV area. But, no more than a few minutes walk. The whole campground is pretty, we promise.* Tenters may be asked to park away from their tent. We'll keep you as close as we can (within walking distance) and you will be able to drive to your site to pick-up/drop-off.* Please leave your pets at home.* We will be selling ice and firewood. Many people prefer along the shady creek. We have 15 beautiful shaded acres, so you'll definitely find a spot. Please note, when you are looking at the map, the numbered areas are RV sites, Not tent camping. Look for the areas on the Campground Map that say "camping".  The big E denotes shared electrical hookups.  We have big clean bathrooms and hot showers. Camping areas are both near and far from small rustic cabins and RVs. Choose secluded locations or new friends. Shared electricity in some places. Bring your long extension cord. We also have a little shop that likely has anything you forgot. A full grocery store is 8 miles away, also. We sell firewood, ice and ice cream, too! NOTE: If the office is closed, pick a spot and check-in in the morning. Fire, Ice, and WIFI During peak season, we sell ice. We have firewood all year. The firewood is in the big metal box by the office ($8/bundle) and the ice ($4/bag) is by the bathhouse. There is basic WIFI that works for WIFI-calling but is not always reliable for streaming services. We are working on upgrading the campground WIFI in 2024. If you need solid WIFI for a conference call, we can set you up in our upstairs office.
