The Cash Point RV Park is nestled high on the banks of the Red River minutes from Shreveport/Bossier City, and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing southern camping trip. Campers can look forward to a luxurious natural setting, plenty of quiet and a shady country setting. Travelers can take advantage of the campground's acres of wide open space and there's also opportunities for fishing, picnicking, hiking and nature walking, sunset viewing and stargazing. Amenities onsite include restrooms, 30/50 amp sites, showers and water.  Just beyond the campground are a number of excellent local attractions, including, The Barksdale Global Power Museum, Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall, Red River National Wildlife Refuge, Louisiana Downs, Spring Street Historical Museum, Red River District, Shreveport Water Works Museum and the 8th Air Force Museum. There's also a ton of excellent southern restaurants for sampling local flavors. Hope Village Inn & RV Park is located near Hope, Arkansas. It features 32 full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them accommodate slide out RVs. The park is pet-friendly and has a dump station. Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and laundry facilities. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Rains, snow, flat tires (We hope not!), illness (We hope not!), alien abduction (Not too likely.). We're doing this by request only. Go ahead and request to book and we'll make sure you're informed before you choose to lock in your reservation. We're not so strict most of the year. Thanks for understanding! * Check-ins must be before Monday. Please be here by Sunday night. We want you to avoid the traffic and last-minute stressors. * We strongly suggest you stay over Monday night. Let everyone else in the area clear out while you chill on the river. * We will be marking off 20' x 20' site spaces. They are still first-come/first-served. Expect to be close to your new friends. Unless you are early, expect that you may be away from the river, over by the creek or the RV area. But, no more than a few minutes walk. The whole campground is pretty, we promise. * Tenters may be asked to park away from their tent. We'll keep you as close as we can (within walking distance) and you will be able to drive to your site to pick-up/drop-off. * Please leave your pets at home. * We will be selling ice and firewood. Our suppliers are small businesses, too. We will have as much as they can keep up with. * Bring extra TP. We will have extra compost toilets. * Electricity will be limited to cell phone charging and other small electronics. Please do not bring heaters. * Keep alcohol consumption within reasonable levels. Talk with the office for regular pricing. ** Shaded, semi-primitive, non-defined (first come/first served) camping. You may even score a riverfront spot, depending on when you arrive. Many people prefer along the shady creek. We have 15 beautiful shaded acres, so you'll definitely find a spot. Please note, when you are looking at the map, the numbered areas are RV sites, Not tent camping. Look for the areas on the Campground Map that say "camping".  The big E denotes shared electrical hookups.  We have big clean bathrooms and hot showers. Camping areas are both near and far from small rustic cabins and RVs. Choose secluded locations or new friends. Shared electricity in some places. Bring your long extension cord. We also have a little shop that likely has anything you forgot. A full grocery store is 8 miles away, also. We sell firewood, ice and ice cream, too! NOTE: If the office is closed, pick a spot and check-in in the morning. Fire, Ice, and WIFIDuring peak season, we sell ice. We have firewood all year. The firewood is in the big metal box by the office ($8/bundle) and the ice ($4/bag) is by the bathhouse. There is basic WIFI that works for WIFI-calling but is not always reliable for streaming services. We are working on upgrading the campground WIFI in 2024. If you need solid WIFI for a conference call, we can set you up in our upstairs office.

We are not a traditional RV park. We only have 2 parking spots and can't accommodate anything larger than 40' with a total length of 62'. The "park" is located in front of a small candle business in a small rural neighborhood. That means there are a few houses around where your RV will be parked. It's quiet but, there are dogs in the neighborhood and two that live on the property. Pets are welcome we just ask that they are kept on a leash.
