Overall nice facility, the grounds keeper could of mowed and put out ant poison as there were 2 huge ant plies where we needed to walk.

Nothing fancy, but has what you need. I love any full hookup sites at the ballpark. If you plan on an early exit on tournament days, your probably not going to be able to leave because the parking lot is packed. Good water pressure, good power and always nice to be able to dump before you roll out. Will be staying again as long as sites are available.

Fairly close to the softball/baseball park. Quiet location for sleeping. Water/electric/sewer all worked well. Location felt safe. Will stay here anytime wr play in Monroe.

Spots are small. My slide out was about 6 ft from the front door of the adjacent camper. Had ants all over my sewer drain. I had to go buy ant killer to make sure they wouldn't crawl up my drain into the camper. Also no Wi-Fi. I know it's not expected, but for $53 a night, I expected more.

Great place to park when going to the ball park. Not an RV resort obviously but a great RV convience location. Had some minor problems with the determining which spot was which but the park supervisor was able to sort that out rather quickly. Originally the power, water and sewer were on the wrong side of the RV. The park supervisor was able to adjust the spots to accomodate the RV's on site. Did have an issue with the garbage. No where to put the garbage. The park supervisor said he was going to provide several garbage cans but did not follow through on that. That left people to put their garbage in and around the one can that was provided. If they stick with the new numbering system and provide a small dumpster for the garbage the park will be a high 5 rating for convience, accessibility and comfort.

This was awesome! We had a great spot, we could walk to the ballpark to watch the games. We would definitely go back again.

Our First time at the park and they have no signage directing where the RVs are to park. End up in the maintenance area trying to turn a 35’ trailer around with staff watching and not helping. Got to our reserved spot and someone was in it. RV spots were so narrow that if other trailers don’t park in the center of their spot it makes it crowded for trailers with slides. There was a family that had a water slide in one spot which when they dumped the water it ran into our site which made it wet going in and out of our trailer. The plus side it was within walking distance to the ball park and once in awhile we were able to catch a ride on the golf cart. The staff was friendly and when we told them about issues they corrected it. It’s a nice ball park people just need to clean up after themselves to keep it that way.

Made ballgames alot easier. Only improvements would be, redo spots so hook ups are on correct side, and also maybe add another gate so walk isn't so long to main gate

It's better than boondocking, but apparently no one at this location parks in their assigned spots, no one enforces it, and this causes tension between the RV'ers, especially those getting in late and not knowing how it works here. My spot (#3) was taken, so I parked, and had fully setup in another spot based on what others told me to do, but when the person arrived for the spot I was in, he asked that I move and park in another spot. Side note: He ended up being a good guy and he apologized and fed me the next day. I quickly got over it, but other hotter heads may have not. Also, apparently when you back in which can be very tight due to others parking vehicles directly in front of where you need to maneuver, you are supposed to connect to the water, sewer, and electric on the north side of the camper, which is usually too far for the sewer hose to reach. Like I said, it's better than boondocking, but extremely poorly planned.

Great to have full hookups at the park. Wish more parks would do this! The layout is tight puts you very close to your neighbors. Overall great experience!
