The Tonto/Burnt Corral Campground is located in the beautiful and thriving Tonto National Forest. Campers can look forward to the Apache Trail National Forest Scenic Byway showcasing the magnificent bluffs of Apache Lake. Nearby is an abundance of breathtaking mountain ranges and wildlife including coyotes, desert birds and snakes. At Apache Lake, travelers can expect great fishing for sunfish, crappie, smallmouth and yellow bass, walleye and rainbow trout. Campers can also go boating, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking, plus, there's tons of flat lands around the lake to enjoy stargazing at night.

The Desert View Campground is located in the Grand Canyon National Park and is especially popular among hikers. Climbers get ready for peaks like the Moran, Grandview and Yaki Points which all offer spectacular views of the Grand Canyon. The Tusayan Ruin and Museum is also popular. Pro-tip, the best place to watch the sunrise is fro the Watchtower, so be sure to head up there before dawn for the light show! At the tower, campers will find a bookstore, snack bar and even a trading post featuring excellent symbols and gifts representing local culture. 

The Texaco Hillside RV Campground is located in the beautiful town of Ash Fork, Arizona, and is perfect for a quiet, overnight stay while passing through. There are a few notable attractions near this campground, including the Ash Fork Route 66 Museum and several local eateries. The staff are friendly and helpful, so if you need anything, be sure to ask them!

The Prescott National Forest is made up of about 1.25 million acres and borders three other National Forests in Arizona: Kaibab, Coconino and Tonto. As a result, campers can look forward to plenty of space for exploring and breathtaking views for scenic viewing and photography. Half of the Forest lies east of Prescott and takes in the Black Hills, Mingus Mountain, Black Mesa and the headwaters of the Verde River and enjoys a Sonoran Desert landscape and warm atmosphere. And above the desert plateaus, Ponderosa pine dominates the landscape. Travelers can look forward to plenty of great activities at the park, including: white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, aerial tours, ATV tours and wide open skies for sunset viewing and stargazing. Normas RV Park is located in Joseph City, Arizona and is a great place to settle in for a quiet and cozy southwestern getaway. Campers can look forward to sitting right by historic route 66 and the gorgeous desert vista around the park. Visitors can expect plenty of space to explore, hike, bike or just kick-back on a blanket to enjoy stargazing. There's A Rock Art Ranch nearby, as well as some small town eateries; other than that, there's is little else to distract visitors from a relaxing getaway.
