If you like the water, get out on the lake for cruising, canoeing, kayaking and wind sailing, as well as thick, healthy trout. The Mussigbrod Campground is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. Campers love these grounds because of the number of excellent activities they can enjoy, including horseback riding and scenic viewing. Wildlife viewing is also popular, so keep your eyes open for mule deer, elk and moose, as well as small creatures and birds. If you like water activities, you'll love this campground; at the nearby lake, campers can look forward to whitefish and trout fishing, non-motorized boating and swimming. And of course, in this gorgeous wilderness of fir and thriving pine trees, visitors can expect beautiful sights while hiking and mountain biking the paths. 

The White house Campground is located in at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Forest. Get ready for amazing scenes of distant mountain ranges, fresh air from the high elevation and great weather for your Montana adventure. Popular in late spring/summer, the campground is known for ATV paths, mountain biking, hiking trails and horseback riding. During the winter months, skiing and snow mobile-driving is popular, and of course, plenty of fishing at Thunderbolt Creek.  

The Orofino Campground and Picnic Area is located in southwest, Montana. At an elevation of over 6,500 feet, expect fresh air, mild weather and plenty of space for exploring, hiking and biking. This area is popular among campers looking to escape into a quiet, lush setting, so get ready for a peaceful environment and easy-going camping. There's also curious elk, deer and moss around, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them! They're friendly and beautiful. 

The Warm Springs Campground and Picnic Area is located on two acres of gorgeous lodgepole forest. The Warm Springs Creek runs adjacent to the campground and is perfect for fishing and wildlife viewing, with excellent scenes at dawn and dusk. Be sure to pack gear for hiking and mountain biking, and while your outside, keep yours eyes peel for wildlife like elk and curious small animals. Of course, picnicking is another common activity at this park, so remember to pack big spray and blankets!

The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. With acres and acres of fir and pine trees filling the landscape, the campsite is also popular for its hiking and biking paths and wildlife viewing. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The campground is also popular for picnicking, so it's perfect if you're camping with a group.
