The Blodgett Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest and rests under the towering cliff faces of the Blodgett Canyon. The Jennings Camp Campground is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and campers flock there continually to soak in those gorgeous views from the mountain peaks. Look forward to elk, deer and moose, as well as plenty of white fish and trout in the nearby East Fork of the Bitterroot River to fish. The Rombo Campground is located in a scenic area along the West Fork of the Bitterroot River, and is surrounded by yellow-bark poinderosa pine. Visitors can look forward to free air, and wide open spaces for hiking, biking and exploring, as well as the nearby river for water activities. This campground is popular for trout fishing at the river, as well as river rafting, boating and some swimming. The Painted Rocks Lake is also relatively close by for even more water fun and gorgeous views of the Montana wilderness. Also be sure to keep your eyes open for wildlife like deer, elk and curious moose, as well as the occasional small creature and bird. The Horse Creek Hot Spring is also nearby for a soak in pure, mineral water!

The Lake Como Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest and is a single loop through a thick grouping of fir and pine trees. It's one of the campsites in the lake Como Recreation Area and a clean, quiet spot for distraction-free camping. Visitors can look forward to hiking and exploring the wooded area, picnicking and stargazing at night. There's plenty of fresh air, so make sure to bring your bike for some excellent mountain biking. 

The Holland Lake Campground is located near the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail. At an elevation of over 4,500 feet, visitors can enjoy the mild weather, thick foliage and plenty of shade. There's also several excellent trails that take campers up and around some of the most beautiful spots of the Holland Falls area. Don't be shy! You don't have to limit yourself to hiking; get your mountain bike out of the garage and have a blast at these trails if you can. There's also plenty of fishing to be done at Holland Lake; there's a variety of trout and salmon and a wide lake surface that's perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and boating.

The Silvertip Cabin is located only a short walk from the Spotted River, and at an elevation of over 4,400 feet, is a great site for all types of outdoor activities. The cabin is only available on weekends, but during those few days, guests can enjoy great hiking and horseback riding trails, hunting and wildlife viewing. There are elk, moose, deer and a plethora of small creatures hidden within the forestry, so stay alert and curious! With plenty of fresh air and wide open space for exploring, this is a popular site so book early!

Monument peak Cabin is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, and is located on a lookout with a breathtaking view of the Little Belt Mountains. At an over 7,300 foot elevation, campers can look forward to cool temperatures perfect for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, wildlife viewing and hunting. As you explore the area, keep your eyes open for white-tailed deer, bald eagles and elk. The site is also popular for winter sports, so if you snow mobile riding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, you'll fall in love with this hilly and picturesque spot. 

Located in Central Montana in the Lewis and Clark National Forest is the Wood Lake Campground. Near the banks of a high elevation lake, the park is surrounded by deep woods, fresh air and offers acres and acres of forest for exploration. Hiking is certainly a popular activity at this park, so if you love to hike, bring your boots and get ready for the several challenging trails that extend out of the forest. Visitors can also enjoy plenty of fishing, and the campground is especially quiet early in the mornings for a quick escape into a serene fishing experience. 

Kenck Cabin is a lodge for rent in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Campers visit for the beautiful and serene surroundings along the South Fork Sun River, and the wildlife viewing. Expect elk and bear, smaller creatures and birds, as well as a wonderfully peaceful space for relaxation. It is bear country, so keep on high alert as you hike and explore the area. 

The Home Gulch Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana, and is a popular campsite for its location along the north fork of the Sun River. Keep you eyes open for elk as you explore, and be sure to enjoy the crisp, fresh air of the hilltops. Campers can also look forward to picnicking and stargazing, so be sure to pack picnic blankets for those long nights looking up at the stars!

The Sun Canyon L&C Campground is located in a lush, yet rugged area within the Lew and Clark National Forest, and is conveniently situated along the Gibson Reservoir. Visitors can look forward to excellent fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking, with gorgeous sights over the water's surface at dusk and dawn. The campground is also popular for biking and hiking so be sure to pack well so you can truly explore the trails and unmarked territory of the forest. The Lewis and Clark Forest has quite the population of bears, so be sure to keep an eye open while you're out wildlife viewing and climbing the inclines.
