Campers can look forward to gorgeous fir and pine trees, a creek for fishing and kayaking, as well as challenging trails for hiking and mountain biking. There's also picnic benches for your next outdoor group gathering, as well as plenty of acreage of exploring and stargazing at night. 

The Hay Canyon Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana. There are several gorgeous hiking trails as well as fishing access. Campers can look forward to catching thick, healthy trout and a calm waterside near the canyon. Look forward to plenty of peace and quiet, as well as clear skies for stargazing, and breathtaking red skies at sunrise and sunset. 

The Russian Flat Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. The park is known for its gentle landscape and thick, thriving forestry. The Whitetaile Camp Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest and runs alongside Whitetail Creek. Campers can look forward to gorgeous views of the fir and pine trees densely crowding the creek, as well as beautiful sights at sunrise and sunset. If you like to hike and stay active, look forward to challenging paths, and a thriving ecosystem of deer, elk and moose. If you're a hunter, this rugged landscape will prove quite the challenge as you seek out big game! Winter sports are also popular, so get ready for snow mobile driving, skiing and snow shoeing while you're there!

Located in Central Montana in the Lewis and Clark National Forest is the Wood Lake Campground. Near the banks of a high elevation lake, the park is surrounded by deep woods, fresh air and offers acres and acres of forest for exploration. Hiking is certainly a popular activity at this park, so if you love to hike, bring your boots and get ready for the several challenging trails that extend out of the forest. Visitors can also enjoy plenty of fishing, and the campground is especially quiet early in the mornings for a quick escape into a serene fishing experience. 

Kenck Cabin is a lodge for rent in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Campers visit for the beautiful and serene surroundings along the South Fork Sun River, and the wildlife viewing. Expect elk and bear, smaller creatures and birds, as well as a wonderfully peaceful space for relaxation. It is bear country, so keep on high alert as you hike and explore the area.

Visitors can also take advantage of canoeing, kayaking, boating and swimming, as well as clear, dark skies for stargazing. 

The Home Gulch Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana, and is a popular campsite for its location along the north fork of the Sun River. Campers can look forward to a plethora of iconic outdoor activities such as fishing for rainbow and cutthroat trout, boating, kayaking and light swimming. Visitors can also enjoy exploring the gorgeous hills and peaks on foot or on bicycles, and see some breathtaking scenes and wildlife. The Sun Canyon L&C Campground is located in a lush, yet rugged area within the Lew and Clark National Forest, and is conveniently situated along the Gibson Reservoir. Visitors can look forward to excellent fishing, boating, canoeing and kayaking, with gorgeous sights over the water's surface at dusk and dawn. The campground is also popular for biking and hiking so be sure to pack well so you can truly explore the trails and unmarked territory of the forest. The Lewis and Clark Forest has quite the population of bears, so be sure to keep an eye open while you're out wildlife viewing and climbing the inclines.
