Looking for well-referenced, financially secure tenants on a month-to-month basis, 1-3 months initially with the possibility of extension. Weekly rates may be available but for special circumstances only and at a higher price. Price will depend on the size of your rig and number of cars, pets, etc. Monthly rent starts at $1900/mo for a small trailer/class-C RV, one car, with no pets.
