Wildlife and scenic viewing is also common at this park, so keep your eyes open and your camera handy to soak in the views of the gorgeous mountainside as well as the curious elk, deer and moose that roam the wilderness. 

The Summit Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Get ready to immerse yourself in the gorgeous rolling hills, mountains and small valleys of the campground, where pine and fir are in abundance. Visitors can look forward to plenty of challenging yet beautiful hiking trails and for walking, exploring and mountain biking.
