The McGregor lake campground is located in the Kootenai National Forest and has been a mainstay for outdoor enthusiasts for decades. Soak in the landscape through hiking the gorgeous trails of mountain biking the challenging trails. Located in the Flathead National Forest is the Lindberg Lake Campground, a gorgeous oasis of Montana wilderness and pristine waters. Campers can look forward to wildlife viewing, so keep your eyes peeling for elk, moose, deer and various species of birds. There's also plenty of open space for hiking, biking, horseback riding and exploring, as well as acres of water space on the lake to fish, swim, boat, water ski and even just enjoy a quiet evening by the water side. 

The Emery Bay Campground was located along the Hungry Horse Reservoir and is a great site for your next outdoor adventure. Take advantage of the world-class trout fishing at the bay, as well as the wide surface of the water for swimming, boating, water skiing, canoeing and kayaking. Visitors can also look forward to hiking the gorgeous trails and mountain biking across the hills. Be sure to keep your eyes open for elk, moose, deer and beautiful birds near the water side. 

The Sylvia Lake Campground is a primitive site, with plenty of excellent mountain-scapes over the sea and sky. Look forward to lake activities such as trout fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, water skiing and fishing. There's also plenty of  gorgeous land for all of your hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding needs. Picnicking is also popular at this site, and a little known treat is stargazing. Stay out late and spread a blanket to enjoy the true beauty of the park. 

The Apgar Campground is located on the southern tip of Lake McDonald in the breathtaking Glacier National Park. Campers and sight seers can look forward to alpine meadows and pristine forests, and with over 700 miles of trails, is perfect for a relaxing mountain escape. Campers can look forward to hiking and mountain biking the various trails, and at an elevation over over 5,500 feet, is all steeped in a breezy, cool environment. Visitors can also take advantage of wildlife viewing, so keep your eyes open for bears, mule deer, moose, elk and small birds. Like fishing? You'll love this park for its abundance of whitefish, cutthroat, bull and rainbow trout. The Going-To-The-Sun road is a gorgeous and scenic drive, so be sure to spend time on this wonder of engineering. 

The Tally Lake Campground is located to the west of Whitefish, Montana, and offers world-class fishing and camping opportunities for visitors. Visitors can look forward to horseback riding, hiking and biking, as well as plenty of water sports such as trout fishing, canoeing, water skiing, swimming and kayaking. Wildlife viewing is another popular activity; keep your eyes peeled for bald eagles, migratory fowls and water fowls while you're near the water. 

The Holland Lake Campground is located near the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail. At an elevation of over 4,500 feet, visitors can enjoy the mild weather, thick foliage and plenty of shade. There's also several excellent trails that take campers up and around some of the most beautiful spots of the Holland Falls area. Don't be shy! You don't have to limit yourself to hiking; get your mountain bike out of the garage and have a blast at these trails if you can.  Owl Creek Cabin is a single room, rustic cabin that can house up to 4 people, and is located in Swan Valley at a 4,200 foot elevation. Look forward a gorgeous mix of conifers, lodgepole pines and fir filling the acres of wild lands surrounding the cabin, and wildlife viewing. Catch sights of moose, elk and deer while you hiking and bike the hills and trails and be sure to bring your winter gear for skiing and snow mobile fun during the colder months. Holland Lake is also relatively close by, so head down there for great trout fishing. 

The Lost Johnny Point Campground is located high in the Rocky Mountains and is one of the most picturesque campgrounds in this area. Visitors can look forward to excellent scenes, fresh air and long, challenging hiking trails. With an over 27,000 acre reservoir, campers can enjoy boating, swimming and fishing for cutthroat trout. Guests can also go canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding, so don't forget your water gear. Picnicking is also common at this park, but don't limit yourself to the picnic tables. Go out and explore; you're bound to find a great spot while you're out roaming the forest.

Challenge Cabin is available during the winter and is located just 25 minutes from Hungry Horse, Montana. This primitive cabin is perfect for explorers seeking to escape the hustle, bustle and distraction of daily life and enjoy winter sports such as sledding, skiing and snow boarding. All around the cabin are acres and acres of gorgeous countryside, filled with tall fir and pine trees and echoes of peace and quiet. Campers can also look forward to plenty of space for hiking, wildlife viewing and exploration, and the Flathead River is nearby so get there early in the season for fishing. 

The Summit Campground is located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Get ready to immerse yourself in the gorgeous rolling hills, mountains and small valleys of the campground, where pine and fir are in abundance. Visitors can look forward to plenty of challenging yet beautiful hiking trails and for walking, exploring and mountain biking. Picnicking is also immensely popular at this park, as is stargazing, so be sure to find a camping spot that has a clear overview of the sky. 

The Wurtz Cabin is located in White Hose, Montana and is a favorite among campers looking for a serene escape into the beauty and majesty of the Montana mountain ranges. For the fishers among you, look forward to great catches at the North Fork Flathead River, and picnicking and hiking around the waterside. The cabin itself is clean, well-managed and quaint, and is a great home base for exploring the hillsides of White Horse. 

Zip's Place Cabin is located in Essez, Montana and is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Lose yourself at winter time in the gorgeous, white snow and long paths for snow mobile drives, sledding and skiing.
