Hanceville is home to one of the nation’s most iconic shrines, Our Lady of the Angels Monastery. The construction began in 1996 and was completed in 1999, under the direction of Mother Angelica of the Eternal Word Television Network. A little further up the road you can enjoy the Huntsville space center that’s sure to be a great stop for all ages! Big Fish at Wedowee is a Family RV Park approximately one mile from Fosters Bridge Boat Ramp at Lake Wedowee, Alabama. Nestled in a beautiful wooded setting just outside Lineville, Alabama. Easy to access with  paved roads all the way to the entrance of the campgroundBig Fish at Wedowee RV Park is excited to offer WEEKLY site rentals. Yes, you heard that right, we are offering weekly rentals at Lake Wedowee!   We are a new campground that is currently still under development, We will be adding and upgrading different aspects of the park as we progress. We are working hard to make this a family-friendly and fun space at Lake Wedowee. We are now taking limited reservations for Phase 1,  lots 1-11. The park offers a friendly environment where families can feel safe and right at home. Sites 1-11 are back-in sites that offer full water and sewer hookups catering to RVs up to 45 feet, with boat dock access a mile down the road, Big Fish at Wedowee is a perfect area for dog walking, biking, sporting activities, or taking a nightly stroll. We are currently working on developing phase 2 and the park amenities with the hope that both will be open SOON.  Campsite amenities offered include: paved road to the campground entrance full back-in sites minutes from Lake Wedowee

This family-owned campground is 3 miles off of I-20 between Atlanta and Birmingham. This is the closest privately owned campground to Talladega Super Speedway, only 200 yards away! Offering 84 campsites, 45 are large pull-thru sites. (Big Rig Friendly) Sites are 40'x75', clean, solid gravel pad with a concrete patio with a picnic table and a fire ring. All sites have water and 30/50 amp electric and have access to a pump-out station on site. Eagle’s Landing RV Park is the closest RV park to Auburn University, approximately a mile from campus and 2 miles from Jordan-Hare stadium. The resort features large spacious sites with 30 and 50 amp full hookup service and concrete pads. On-site amenities include a private bbq area with a firepit and bathhouses.
