Next to the famed Bristol Motor Speedway, Pole Position Campground is an easy walk from the race track. Pole Position offers hundreds of 20’ x 50’ level camping sites available in three tiers. Each site offers full hookups with 50 amp electric service and our campground includes a large bathhouse with full shower facilities.  In 2020, the campground will be open March 30th-April 6th, June 18th - June 22nd, and September 13th-September 20th. Guests and their pets can explore our walking trails and take advantage of hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing in the area. For motorcyclists and bicyclists, FGCC is a perfect stop along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We heve laundry facilities. Active or retired military receive a 10 percent discount as well as groups with five or more reservations. If you book seven nights, pay for six.
