The site is very primitive and doesn't include water, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need!

The Douglas Creek Cabin is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest and features a number of great outdoor activities that can be done in the carefully-curated solitude of the forest. Campers can look forward to acres and acres of pine and fir trees to explore and hike, as well as curious wildlife like elk, deer and moose. Hunting is also popular, as well as winter sports like snow shoeing, skiing and sledding. At a high elevation, this beautiful cabin is usually on high demand, so if you're hoping to enjoy a bit of peace and seclusion, reserve it early.

Halfway between the Glacier National Park and Yellowstone is the Deer lodge KOA. With Clark Fork River running right through it, campers can look forward to excellent fishing for brown trout. There's also a plethora of outdoor activities to keep campers busy and having fun. Visitors can look forward to horseshoes, badminton, scenic viewing and local attractions. Check out the Old Montana Prison Complex, Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site and the Montana Museum. There's also a tour shuttle to take campers to various historic or cultural landmarks at Deer Lodge, so look forward to those!

The Grasshopper Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge national Forest. Campers can look forward to a breathtaking oasis of pine and fir trees, rolling hills and high peaks for hiking and mountain biking. Visitors who enjoy winter sports will love this park for providing an excellent landscape for snow showing, sledding and skiing. Grasshopper Creek is located near the campsite, so look forward to river and stream fishing for trout and excellent spots for river rafting and kayaking. Also be sure to pause for picnicking and group fun at the low, leveled plains at this park, which are also perfect for looking up and stargazing!

The Philipsburg Bay Campground is adjacent Georgetown lake, and is perfect for a quiet yet adventure-filled outdoor experience. The site is popular for trout fishing, but is also great for wildlife viewing outside of the water. Keep your eyes peeled for elk, deer, moose and even bears, as well as the sights and smells of the gorgeous lush forests. Canoeing and boating are also popular, as is hiking and horseback riding. The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. Campers can look forward to a number of great outdoor activities, all within acres and acres of fresh, gorgeous pines, and at an elevation of over 3,000 feet. Popular at the campground is wildlife viewing; catch an occasional and curious elk, deer, moose and bighorn sheep. Visitors can expect excellent rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout fishing at the lake and plenty of room for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking.
