We are located 4 miles west of Beaumont, TX city limits and 7 miles east of Sour Lake, TX in a rural, quiet setting. There is a 10-20 minute commute to all refineries in Beaumont and we love plant workers! We offer monthly rates that include water, sewer, and trash pickups. At this time, pets are not permitted.  

The Busy Bee RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Broaddus, and is a great place to enjoy an easy-going Texas vacation.
