Located along the interstate I-84 on the exits between 155 and 157, Interim Mountain Homes and RV camp is a haven for travelers to Wendell, Idaho.    Amenities  You can enjoy a range of their amenities some of which include 25 pull-thru sites for large RVs, dump stations, grassy sites and shade sites, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, picnic tables, dumper pumper and propane. The site is also pet friendly.    Activities  Some activities that can be taken advantage of are fishing for fish trout in the local streams, and fishing enthusiasts have the option to go find great catches on the nearby Snake River. Golfing is another activity to enjoy with 7 nearby facilities to choose from. The area also offers boat ours, wild water rafting and even base-jumping.    Attractions  Go ahead and experience the bliss of hot baths in hot springs with a whooping three private facilities. Convenient on-base amenities include a daily general store with weekday lunch café & barbershop/salon, a nightly bar & grill, laundry facility, chapel, 24-hr gym w/ showers & restrooms, playground, picnic area, and more. Our park includes pull through spaces with full hookups and larger areas for groups with power, water and access to an RV dump.We are located near the Idaho National Laboratory and several tourist sites such as EBR1 (Nuclear energy museum with the first working reactor, nuclear airplane engine, and much more) within easy driving distance to Craters of the Moon.  Near other outdoor adventures from Sun Valley, Salmon, West Yellowstone, St. Anthony Sand Dunes, and many others.We have access to Idaho's best desert trails for all types of Off Road Vehicles including one of the best rides in Idaho up the Big Southern Butte.
