The Salmon Lake Campground is nestled between the majestic Mission and Swan mountain ranges, and the lake itself provides a peaceful setting for your next Montana getaway. Campers can look forward to boating, fishing for whitefish and trout, canoeing or kayaking, water skiing, or just enjoy a picnic at the waterside. If you enjoy birding, you'll absolutely love this bar, so look forward to species like red-necked grepes, great blue herons, bald eagles and osprey. The Merry Widow RV Park and Health Mine is located near the Veteran's Memorial Highway, and is relatively close to a number of great amenities and natural attractions. The Moose Creek Campground is located in the scenic Creek Canyon. Campers can look forward to a long list of excellent outdoor activities, all set within the gorgeous Montana pine and fir trees. Visitors can look forward to acres and acres of lush land for hiking and mountain biking, as well as scenic and wildlife viewing. Keep your eyes open for elk, deer, moose, birds and small animals, and look forward to large, healthy fish at the lake. Brook and cuttroat trout are common, as are whitefish and Arctic Grayling. Be sure to also check out the clear night skies for stargazing, and catch a gorgeous red view at sunrise. 

The Copper Creek Campground is located in the Helena National Forest, across the road from Snowbank Lake. Campers can look forward to a wide range of excellent outdoor activities such as hiking the beautifully forested paths, picnicking on the lakeside, or enjoying plenty of water activities. Campers can look forward to swimming, water skiing, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking. There's also lot of open room for exploring, and wide, clear skies for stargazing, so be sure to enjoy the beauty of the Montana wilderness while you're there.

The Gird Point Lookout Cabin is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and is popular because it's so secluded from most other parks. Campers can look forward to a unique chance to camp on the top of a mountain peak in an old-time rustic setting. Equipped with everything a visitor will need for their stay, the cabin also has gear for outdoor activities. You can also bring your own things to enjoy mountain biking, winter sports like snow shoeing and skiing as well as hiking. And of course, enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views of the mountain ranges and canyons below. Be sure to not only pause and stargaze, but bring your camera to capture those views.

The Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest is located close to Georgetown Lake. If you like fishing, you'll absolutely love this lake. Look forward to ice and pond fishing for various species of trout, and calm, beautiful waters for canoeing, kayaking or boating. Water skiing and swimming are also popular at this park. The air is fresh, clean and clear, making it ideal for picnicking and stargazing. The are is quiet, well-maintained and beautiful, and is great for your next Montana getaway. 

The Orofino Campground and Picnic Area is located in southwest, Montana. At an elevation of over 6,500 feet, expect fresh air, mild weather and plenty of space for exploring, hiking and biking. This area is popular among campers looking to escape into a quiet, lush setting, so get ready for a peaceful environment and easy-going camping. There's also curious elk, deer and moss around, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them! They're friendly and beautiful. 

The White house Campground is located in at the Beaverhead-Deerlodge Forest. Get ready for amazing scenes of distant mountain ranges, fresh air from the high elevation and great weather for your Montana adventure. Popular in late spring/summer, the campground is known for ATV paths, mountain biking, hiking trails and horseback riding. During the winter months, skiing and snow mobile-driving is popular, and of course, plenty of fishing at Thunderbolt Creek.  

The Warm Springs Campground and Picnic Area is located on two acres of gorgeous lodgepole forest. The Warm Springs Creek runs adjacent to the campground and is perfect for fishing and wildlife viewing, with excellent scenes at dawn and dusk. Be sure to pack gear for hiking and mountain biking, and while your outside, keep yours eyes peel for wildlife like elk and curious small animals. Of course, picnicking is another common activity at this park, so remember to pack big spray and blankets!
