Trout Creek is also nearby, so visit for an easy-going picnic or job, and be sure to look out at dawn and dusk for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. 

The Inn at Philipsburg RV Park is located in Philipsburg, Montana, and is popular for Montana Gems where visitors can mine for sapphires. There's also a Ghost Town just a short drive from the park, as well as host of excellent local eateries and bars. The small building is tucked away within the dense forest and is well-known is a quiet safe-haven for hunters, and retreat from the curious bears roaming around outside. At an elevation of over 6,300 feet, expect a cool climate and acres of green vegetation. Popular outdoor activities include: hiking the various trails, or trout fishing at Racetrack Creek.
