About Bluffton

Bluffton, Indiana Campgrounds and RV Parks

Bluffton is named after the river bluffs that use to sit next to original portions of the town. Located near a wildlife management area and a state park, Bluffton offers up some of Indiana’s finest entertainment. Located in the northeast portion of the state, Bluffton is near the Indiana-Ohio border. It is a couple of hours drive from both Indianapolis and Chicago, so if you are looking for some city entertainment, you have the option. After a day on the town head over to one of Bluffton’s campgrounds and RV Parks.

Resting next the flowing Wabash River, the JE Roush Fish and Wildlife Area (also known as Roush Lake) offers up several outdoor activities. It is just northwest of Bluffton. The three Upper Wabash Valley Lakes work to protect the Wabash River basin from flooding. The area offers plenty of hunting and fishing opportunities. During the winter months, you’ll find folks ice fishing. Hunters often practice their skills trap shooting or shooting at the range. There is also an archery range. Some folks like to come and just view the diverse wildlife, or spend a day out on the boat. Nearby are some of the best RV Parks in Indiana.
