Pet Policy

e are having a very large problem with people using The Glenn as Whisper Creek’s pet park. Dogs are brought out there and left to go anywhere they please and the owners are not picking it up…We witnessed this ourselves…Because of those who chose to ignore the rules about picking up after their pets, we are instituting a New Pet Rule: UNLESS YOU RESIDE IN THE GLENN, YOU MAY NOT BRING YOUR DOG INTO THE GLENN….NO EXCEPTIONS

General Policies

1. MANAGEMENT NOTES: Here in the Office, we make copies, send faxes and do other little projects for the residents, we do not charge, but…we do ask that you please donate to the Animal shelter of LaBelle, a No kill shelter. Thank You. 2. We have changed a few rules in the last several years, some of our residents are unaware of. 3. RENT: Unless other arrangements have been made with the Whisper Creek Office. All rent balances are due and payable by Oct. 1st. There will be a $50 late fee every month past Oct. There will also be a 10% fee for cancellation of your reservation. 4. TRASH: We no longer are using the big red garage truck, we have the silver dump trailer. You can NO longer bring your trash up front after working hours. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Thursday Mornings. If you miss pick up you will have to bring trash up during the day while the gate is open. The gate will be locked at night and trash must be kept at home till morning. Cameras are up! 5. If you have large furniture and or appliances (non-garbage items) that need to go to dump, we will pick up on designated day and there will be a $15 charge to remove and take to dump. Sign up in the office. 6. ALL RENTALS AND UNITS FOR SALE must be inspected by the office before they can be rented or sold. his means for each new renter there must be an inspection. Also all lot rent must be paid before any unit can be rented or sold. Failure to do so can be cause for eviction. 7. PETS: We are having a very large problem with people using The Glenn as Whisper Creek’s pet park. SPEED LIMIT: 10 miles per hour throughout the park…. 9. PROPANE GAS: The gas man delivers thru the park on Mondays, please put a chair or tank in front of your unit by street.
