Rules

Ground Rules

The following are grounds for termination or removal from the property: loud music, whether mechanical, musical, or vocal, and the use of foul language, causing damage to the park, causing harm to another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules., failing to follow the directions of the property staff. Non-payment of rent by the due date. Giving false information about reservations

Damages

Customers are responsible for any damage or destruction of property or injury to persons caused by the guest, his or her family, visitors, or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damages they cause to the property.

Alcohol

Alcohol must be in a concealed container.

Activities & Behavior

No illegal, obnoxious, or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site. Including those that are or could become a nuisance to neighboring sites. We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior directed at management. staff, or other persons.

Pets

Dog fencing is permitted to be 24" high, but only in the area of your patio. All animals must always be kept on a leash. No aggressive breeds are accepted, or any breed that is aggressive towards other animals. Dogs are not be tied up outside or left alone. Please keep your dog from excessively barking. All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

Cleaning

All RV sites must be kept clean at all times, free from clutter. Camping tents are not permitted on RV lots. No indoor furniture is to be left outside. No refrigerators, appliances, kitchen tables, etc. Outdoor patio furniture is permitted.

Appareance Rules 2

6: No tarps covering RV's. 7: The exterior must be free from duct tape, excessive caulk, etc. Isolated minor issued are generally acceptable, provided multiple issues are not combined todeteriorate the appearance of the RV. If you have any questions, please call.

Appareance Rules

1: Doors, shrouds, panels, windows, coverings, etc. should be intact. unsightly. 2: The exterior is to be clean and free from obvious damages. 3: Paint must be in good condition; some minor fading is acceptable. 4: Awnings must be in good condition. 5: No wall unit air conditioners.

RV Appareance

The appearance of RV's can contribute to or detract from the overall experience of all the campers. Our rules state that's all RV's tow vehicles & passenger cars be in operable & good condition.

15 years. Any older must be approved and have an uploaded photo to be approved by management.

On the website where you book your reservation there is a map with location of the bath and shower house that is located in the center of the park. Also laundry room and rec hall. Our waterfront campsite was delightful, peaceful, and we saw lots of birds and bunnies, and no alligators. The campsite was a wonderful respite from the crowds and the traffic. It’s a short drive to beautiful Fort Myers beach and also very close to restaurants. The manager was very friendly and helpful with letting us know the amenities and nearby attractions. The campground has a clean and easy to use laundromat and a rec center.

Very nice place to stay and Manager Robbie was friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the bridge to Lakes Park. Beautiful trails for walking or bike riding and the Farmers Market on Wednesdays was an added benefit!

We had a very nice site by the water. It was concrete with a wood patio. The sites vary, some are gravel. No picnic table. The park was quiet, just some road noise because it is right off a main road.

I was here for two nights. Spaces are extremely small and packed in tight. I went to use the shower the first morning I was there. The door was locked. My neighbor saw me walk back and offered me to use his key. Camp host wasn’t onsite and the office was closed. No information regarding how to obtain a key prior to arrival was provided. Inadequate signage indicating camp site made it difficult to find my site (42) which didn’t have a site # sign itself. No picnic table at this site either. $70/night was a waste of money. Fellow campers were friendly.

Good park. Only issues were that it was difficult to know what hook-up goes with what site, the water hook-up I used didn't have a handle but did have a ratchet wrench to use, and the 1st power hook-up I chose didn't work so chose another one. All the people I met were very nice. Everyone I met come back year after year so that's a good sign. We'll be back. Close proximity to our daughters family.

We enjoyed our stay at this RV park for the eeek we were in town. Park is well maintained, water/electric/sewer on site was good and no problems. Park was nice to walk and enjoyed bridge over water seeing the big fish and connection to the large Lakes Area park for walking. Used the laundromat on property as well which was nice to have to use (takes quarters and machine takes $1 and $5 to make change; $1.50 per load). Would stay again.

RV park is ok but very noisy where we were located. The fact that the internet was not working was a big desapointment I was not convinced that there was a real issue as we could see may wifi connections active under « lakes park even). Just wonder why the splitter worked for some and not others. Staff was courteous

Sorry for the WiFi issues. The service provider for us had some WiFi repeaters that faulted and not affecting the entire park. Something beyond our control.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The plumbing company doing work at the city water supply had a pipe break in the night and water had to be off till repaired. Again sorry for inconvenience.
