Beach Camping Area

We paid for a prime site #5 on the Saco River. I'm very glad we got this site. The campground is wide open. Only the sites in the back have much privacy. The sites are dirt and not all that level. We had a full hookup for our 22' TT. It was a decent size and easy to access. There were large caravans of campers throughout the park. All sizes of RVs were present. The view from our site was wonderful. They have a beach area where you can sit or tube/kayak on the river. Our dog and kids loved swimming there. They have a playground, covered picnic area, laundry, and bathhouse. We did not use the laundry or bath house. The playground was in need of maintenance. The location was great for local activities. Access to the river, the view, and location made up for the lack of privacy and some of the obnoxious neighbors. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
