Have lived here for 9 years very safe and friendly. Even though we are right off 35 do not hear traffic. Love the outdoor Pavilion and Dog parks .

This park brought back so many childhood memories it’s not even funny. The little signs that point the direction of everything is like a classic. I know it’s just wood but I used to see these signs all the time. The beginning of our stay was so welcoming thanks to the awesome staff here. Also everything was so nice and clean, I know these people enjoy their jobs as they take really good care of the park. There were tons of camping sites to choose from and many activities. I would highly recommend this place as my family and I had a very memorable time here!! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This place is a nighmare. Lived here for 8 months and it was aconstant hassle. The staff is arrogent and not helpful. The water pressure will not let your washer or. Dishwasher work without running it several times. The cable TV often doesn't work so had to get Dish. The free wifi never works and have to use my phone..no computers can connect for more than a minute before you are kicked off. The back breaker was last week where the power stop in 100 degree heat 3 time in 12 hours and when they wete asked to fix it..they claimed in my RV. Of course it wasn't. Finnally they admitted they were calling for a repair but the power was going to ne off 8 hours. I hit the roof. I had to go to a motel and stay and when I complained and wanted a $40 credit on my rent because I couldn't stay there. I was told they don' t refund and that I may want to move. I agreed. The place is like Hotel California. Terry the owner is a joke and Greg the on site head dude can usually be found over at his trailer drinking beer. What a joke.

So I have been here for over a year and here are my observations. Firstly I have experienced the park raising their rates 2 times since I have been here but nothing has changed by way of service or amenities, as a matter of fact the internet/wifi has gotten slower to the point of not working at all. Second the roads and RV spots are in very poor condition, bumpy and uneven. Lastly there is one particular employee (who does what around the park I'm not sure) but acts as though he is super cop or some kind of enforcement who will bark at you for doing (well about anything), so just read the rule book very well and believe me they have quite a few rules around here. To summarize, prices are way too high for what your getting.
