Good location to I 30 so getting around was easy. The RV park is basically an asphalt surface without much grass or tree areas. It was pretty quiet except for the jets flying from the Naval reserve base during the day. I had an experience where someone banged on my door in the middle of the night and must have been kids and ran off. Also the line for draining my black water tank is either broken or stopped up and caused me some headaches when I had to back the trailer up to another spot. The area after exploring for the amenities were really non existent and the place had junk all around it. For the value for the stay I would not stay here again unless it was down to last resort.

They were super nice and even let us borrow a hose!! Wil defiantly go back! They were very accommodating with everything as we had some mechanical issues as well.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is over run with children and no adult supervision. Kids playing and causing trouble 24-7. There were kids up at 3am making noise and causing a ruckus. It’s also like staying in a crappy parking lot with trash everywhere. And the bonus on top of all of that, it is located right by the Naval Air Station where they are testing their fighter jets all day long. We reserved and paid for a space for 3 nights but ended up taking a loss and moving to a much nicer and quieter RV Park for the remainder of our stay in Ft. Worth.

It was our first time here. We stayed for two nights and didn’t see the manager at all. The area was dimly lit at night. It was quiet and was close to the attractions that we wanted to see. It’s just a big parking lot with no frills. There needs to be cameras because we heard that there was little vandalism happening that wasn’t getting looked at.

Buyer beware. Looks like a nice park, but due to a family emergency we had to cancel our reservations. I called the park 37 days before our reservations to cancel, because my 87 year old mother broke her hip. Sitting in the hospital a day after her surgery I began notifying appointments etc that I knew I couldn’t make because I will be her home care-giver. Our planned trip was one of those I needed to cancel. The parks reservation policy states no refunds, contact the park directly and they can make that determination. I wasn’t so much asking for a refund, although a partial one would’ve been nice. I wanted to let them know we wouldn’t be there and why. The person I spoke with promptly told me there are no refunds, I could reschedule (we were attending an one-time event, and live 1,000 miles away). I told him that wouldn’t be an option for us. He them told me I should be more worried about my mothers health than a refund!!! This, when he’s the one who even mentioned a refund to begin with, and while I’m sitting by my mothers bedside trying to plan her recovery. I guess I just expected a more sympathetic response. I’m still in a little shock from that conversation. Needless to say we won’t be rescheduling.

I wish I could post pictures. This is a quiet park, but everything is asphalt with no shade available. I gave this two stars because the bath house is ONE bathroom located in a mobile home, which also contains the laundry room. The bathroom is disgusting. Over-flowing trash can, missing wall panels, and tub/shower that hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The door has a handle lock, but could easily be kicked in.

Mostly permanent residence, close spaces, lots of kids running around AFTER 1 am, even knocked on our door and ran, this was about 12:30 am.

All about your money. After that the attitude changed and they don’t care. Avoid this place

The other reviewer said it was essentially a parking lot with hookups, which is true, but it was quiet and management was very helpful and polite. I would stay again if I needed to be in that area.

Essentially a parking lot with hook ups and wifi.
