Nasty sewer horrible smell the entire weekend. And other people who camp here every year said to me that the owners are extremely cheap. I think we are going to find a way to report this with the city, trip advisor, good sams ect with whoever we need to because this can't be ok for campers to sleep 2 or 3 nights on this nasty smell. Or have flash your sewer somewhere alse because the sewer line system here are damage for years and they don't want to fix it this problem they have for yearssss.. They are completly book every weekend so it's not excuses for it, because you guys make more thwn enough plenty money to resolve that problem in this great but nasty smelly location. Every year its the same excuse that your are working on it. My friend dig out dirt and remove your old trush lines and put new ones down and guess what. Done with the problems don't be cheap on something that you make lot of money on. What a cheap nasty people.

Nice, quiet campground along the Big Thompson River. Close the Loveland & Fort Collins and only 30 minutes from Estes Park. Our site backed up to the river, fishing right out the back door! Dirt roads, a lot of shade, big rig pull thru sites, full hook-ups with cable. Clean restrooms and laundry. Very reasonable rates. They had a huge flood in 2013, lost 100 sites and 2 Elite cabins, but believe they've recovered. We love staying here and recommend if Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, or Loveland is a destination for you. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
