We had a great time. Met with the camp manager and she is just wonderful and so accommodating. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Access to the water or heading out to other points of interest was so easy. I would camp there again!

Great little laid back campground with a variety of spot types (tent, TV, rustic cabin) and convenient river access. Our family enjoyed kayaking the Cowlitz and in our downtime we played horseshoes, fished from the bank and explored the grounds. Staff was very friendly, the washrooms were nice and cleaned often. We liked it so much we added 2 days to our stay because we didn't want to leave. We will be coming back for sure.

Loved my site and the people, was there for a Kayaking weekend. Had a blast on the river. Highway noise is a factor, but learned to live with it

The campground is decent, right in the river. We knew it was right off I-5 and there would be road noise, so that didn’t bother us. Most of the people in RVs In the small campground were living there, which felt a little strange being the only RV campers. There was no one in the office when we pulled in, and no one answering phones. We had to wander around the park until the owner saw us wandering. We often noticed them chasing down cars that came into the park, and even confused my visiting parents with some long-term campers they were trying to get out of there. It was good enough for our test run in our new trailer, especially since many campgrounds weren’t open, but there is no reason for us to return. Maybe better if you’re using the river.

Great experience, at first I was a bit sceptical but after meeting the owners it was a lot better experience, there was good fishing up the road and a lot of local restaurants around, I would recommend it if you want to get away from the town
