Very disappointing stay. The photos for this park should show the older RVs that spear to be permanent residences with semi permanent fixtures and multiple vehicles shoved onto each space. We reserved a specific site thru Rover. We arrived after 5pm to find our spot had 3 parked cars on it belonging to the neighboring tenant. The counter staff were unaware as they never checked the site prior to our arrival. We were put into a smaller spot for the night. We paid $64... too much!! I’m not exaggerating when I say 70% of the vehicles look to be permanent. Play yards, wooden steps, ramps, multiple vehicles, large bbq, etc. I did not feel safe letting my grandkids walk the park unattended. We will choose another park next time we pass through.

This was a disappointing stay. They make it sound like its a top rated place going so far to say older rvs are not allowed but truly it was a Sh!t hole the worst resorr of your trip. Its a great location and if they would fix it up and clean it up some itcould be a nice place. The only saving grace was the campers nextto us they were great people.. Again the hobor needs to spend some money and fix rhis place up. Not worth the $50 per night in any way.

We really enjoyed staying here the beach is across the street they keep the facilities clean and we’ve never had a problem booking a site the only problem that I had was booking through Rover pass and being over charged and was told I have to take it up with Rover pass

We booked online, a couple of months in advance, and were generally satisfied with the place. Pros: very close to the ocean, with clean sites that were wide enough that we didn't feel cramped at all. When we first arrived, Michael checked us in and we proceeded to our campsite where someone had their truck parked. We circled back to the office and Michael came right over to speak to them. Very quick about it too. Cons: We have a 26-foot trailer plus large truck. My husband is experienced at maneuvering/parking this thing... but with the rigs around us, this was a very tight feat. We were lucky enough to have some people leaving that made it a little easier to get in there. But, I'm not sure how we would have gotten in there - with the full sized coaches/buses parked across from us. Con: there is no place to park your main vehicle in the perimeter spots. You have to disconnect (we don't always) and move. The parking lot is across the street, so not ideal if you have stuff that you're carrying. We had to unload a bunch into the trailer. With us only being there one night, we didn't get a chance to explore much. But, we did enough around there to check out a couple of restaurants that were within walking distance.
