Campground Response
I'm sorry Kim that you did not enjoy your stay here. I do have to respond to some of the things you pointed out. I'm sorry I didn't notify you about the laundry room however you were parked just 15 feet across from it and it does have a sign outside its door and is located right next to the ladies restroom. My charge card wasn't working because I had just purchased a brand new phone that morning and had not been able to get into the square app as of yet. But, we do prefer checks or cash if possible. Fire pits are only located in the common areas for future reference to anyone reading these reviews. We are located too close to the mountains to have open pits all over the park. Anyway, I'm sorry for any inconvenience and I hope you enjoy your summer.

I apologize that the sites I had available were not the same one you had in mind when we had spoken almost a week prior to your arrival. There is a hot tub on premises that I do encourage all guests to use if they would like to enjoy some of the perks to our facility; however, in attempt to keep this a "family friendly" park, there is a curfew of 10:00pm that comes with the usage of some of the amenities on site. I hope the rest of your travel experience went well and apologize again that your second experience here was unsatisfactory to your expectations. Sincerely, The Red Ledge RV Park
