Excellent location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion NP. I stayed in a cabin for 7 days. It was all I needed for my stay and the price was right. The check in experience was not welcoming. However, the restroom was generally cleaner and nicer than most campgrounds. The beds have the typical incredibly firm mattresses. The area around my cabin needed cleaning up when I arrived. I enjoyed the refreshing pool. Overall, this KOA met my expectations.

The campground was in a very nice location. The check in process was super easy. We like the bath house situation as they have recently been updated. I would stay there again

This campground is small but very quaint and clean. The views were stunning and the showers/restrooms were very clean. Will be staying here again.

Campground Response

Thank you Allison! See you again soon!

Wouldn't hold our reservations. Staff is rude not helpful. Campground is run down. It is a nice area and has shade trees.

Campground Response

We always hold a reservation overnight. I'll have to ask the staff aka the owner what the story is. Hopefully you can enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Very run down. We made reservations for seven sites together but when we got there they said that they didn’t have spots together and there were no notes indicating we had made that request. Grounds were not kept up.

Campground Response

We're hiring! Hopefully, you were able to enjoy the rest of your vacation.

Good location, nice laundry, beautiful location. A bit dusty with some nice sites ( e did not have one).

This campground is located perfectly between Bryce and Zion. This is an older campsite, but worth the stay. Great views and quiet. Restrooms and showers are clean. Pool is the only thing that could use some work. My kids didn’t really mind they just love to swim! The kiddos enjoyed feeding the horses apples and hiking the trails back behind. The staff was also super helpful!

Great place if you are going to bryce and zion. Minor misunderstanding on the reservation but we were fortunate to be able to still use what we originally wanted. It worked out for a group of 44. Very clean restrooms.

This campground is badly in need of maintenance. All that seems to get done are the basics because an older couple do all the work by themselves. Weeds need to be cleared. Trees need to be trimmed. Concrete needs to be patched. The dog area is full of poop. The pool has algae on the steps and sides. At our site, you could turn on the water but half the handle was broken off. Some signs are hand written. Some that identify site locations are falling over. Only the minimum seems to be getting done. The location is nice with a view at the back of a red rock mountain. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. There is a step up in the stall from the shower to the area where you dress and it gets very wet and slippery because the shower curtain directs the water there. Overall I do not suggest staying here.

My family and I loved staying here! The bathrooms and facilities were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our campsite was a great size with big trees around it to provide shade. I highly recommend this campsite and will stay there in the again.

Campground Response

Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon!

This place is okay. It did the job for a one night stop while traveling further north. I wouldn't stay here for anything else. There are lots of trees that provide shade. However, the sites are close to each other, Verizon has no signal there, and in order to use their WiFi you have to be close to the office.

Campground Response

Thanks for your business!

We stayed here for 4 days. It is located between Zion and Bryce and makes it easy to get to these sights. We also made the trek to the Grand Canyon. They have a nice cafe on sight which is a bonus. Only downside would be the pool. It is not very clean so the kids would not get in it after a long hike. It would have been refreshing to use the pool. Laundry room works great! Bathrooms are great!

Rv park is in a great location to visit both Bryce and Zion. There is decent shade there. We did not interact with the horses or use the pool. The park is a little run down and could use a facelift. They had a septic issue when we were there so the laundry room was closed and other amenities were limited. The folks in the office were very blunt, which could be considered rude but they didn't mean anything mean by it. Over all staying here worked for us.

Campground Response

Nicely taken care of, friendly staff and road noise is minimal. Ideally located between the parks. Be prepared if your staying in a cabin, you”ll need to remember sheets for mattress, towels and soap for showers/ they do not come with your room.

Thank you for your business!

The owners were very nice people. However, the campground was a disappointment. The sites were very unlevel, to the point we were never able to level our motorhome. In fact, we had difficulty in being able to even get our RV door to latch closed. The sites and roadways were a mixture of dirt and a little bit of gravel, which made for an extremely dusty environment. We ended up cutting our planned visit to the area short and left a day early. I would not stay there again unless they made some significant improvements.

Campground Response

Hopefully you were able to enjoy the rest of your vacation.

This is apparently an old KOA campground so it is not far off a highway. Our site was nice but we were there when the owners were on vacation so the cafe was not open and this location is fairly far from services. It is definitely closer to Zion than Bryce but access to both parks are doable. Cell service is fairly non existent as well as wifi. The laundry facilities were clean and very nice. Overall a fairly nice campground.

The facilities are pretty typical for a KOA, but the restroom has been nicely remodeled recently. The owner/management was super nice and helpful. We had a tent pole break on our last evening, and they very kindly let us stay in a Kamping Kabin for no extra charge. We really appreciated their hospitality!

Campground Response

Thank you for your business! Just a note, we are not a KOA.

I liked the park but it would be nicer if all sites had sewer and you could get antenna TV and internet service.

Some of the sites are very small and not in the best of shape. The internet is weak, if that is important to you.The bathrooms h and showers however are newer and nice and clean! The water was hot, the laundry facilities in working order and budget friendly. While this campground is a little weary and beaten in spots, it offers a Utah experience with more shade than most in the area, the creek running through it, cows in the upper pasture and horses that cheerfully greet you at the fence each morning!

Great RV park! Trees, friendly horses, clean bathrooms & showers. Marty & Ellen are so wonderful at office. Bonus meeting 2yr old Blake, she’s a beauty. Good proximity to Bryce & Zion. Would stay again! Thank you 🤗
