The campground follows a 10-year rule. Any RV or camper 10 years old or older must submit photos for approval.
Due to high water pressure at the campground, all campers are required to use a water pressure regulator when connected to site water hookups. Failure to use a regulator may result in damage to your equipment, for which the University is not responsible. If you do not have a water pressure regulator, they are available for purchase in the RV Park Office. The use of a water filter is not required but is strongly recommended.
ATVs, golf carts, mopeds, and other motorized recreational vehicles are not permitted. E-bikes, bicycles, skateboards, and similar non-gas-powered devices are allowed. All operators must obey posted speed limits and follow all applicable road and traffic laws. All vehicles and devices are strictly prohibited from being operated on sidewalks
A speed limit of 10 mph is strictly enforced by OCU security throughout the property.
The RV Park does not provide public shower houses or restrooms. Guests are responsible for personal hygiene within their RV or camper. Please plan accordingly.
Full sewage hookups are provided at all sites. Wastewater may only be discharged into the designated sewer connection. Sewer hoses must be securely attached to both the RV outlet and the site sewer inlet. Hoses must be in good condition and free of cracks or leaks. Dumping black or grey water onto the ground, into storm drains, or vegetation is strictly prohibited. The sewer inlet must remain capped when not in use.
Guests staying longer than one week are responsible for maintaining the appearance of their campsite, including mowing and trimming the grass. OCU staff will mow all sites provided the grass is clear of personal belongings, such as lawn chairs, pet enclosures, coolers, or any other items that may interfere with maintenance. If personal belongings are not removed from the grass, the site will not be serviced, and guests will be responsible. A $50 maintenance fee will be applied each time a site requires maintenance outside of regularly scheduled mowing days.
Campsites must be kept clean and orderly. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpster located at the front of the RV park. Camper skirting or permanent structures of any kind are not permitted. No clotheslines or hanging laundry outside. Guests are responsible for keeping their site area free of food or trash that may attract wildlife. Outdoor storage of household items, appliances, furniture, tires, or other clutter is not allowed. No flags, signs, or banners of any kind shall be permitted.
A maximum of two vehicles per campsite is permitted. Vehicle repairs are not permitted on campground property. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Long-term stays are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by park management
