I gave this location 1 star because the facilities are nice for many reasons. However, my experience was poor. The staff was rude, curt and cold. Their website is vague and missing a lot of information. When I emailed questions, even though they did answer them, it seemed as if I was a burden. Upon checking in the next morning, the man did not acknowledge me NOR look at me and the woman seemed annoyed at my presence. It was as if they were angry I was even there. They only take cash payments. I was so put off by their treatment of me, we found another site for two nights. They refused to refund us even though they were renting our already paid spot to additional guests - so, they were charging two guests for the site when only one was staying there. They put my reservation and night check-in envelope in the wrong name. It is not possible to get someone to communicate with outside of 8am-5pm. They require full payment up front or threaten to give your space away and refuse refunds. They demanded to have their shower tokens back even though they would not refund me for two nights I did not stay there and rented my already paid spot out to other guests. So, we stayed at another campground and went back to take our showers there and refill our water containers in the process. I threw the other remaining tokens in the trash. I have never been treated this way at any establishment. The office staff are just angry at life and want to make others miserable in the process. They have had so many complaints filed with the BBB that their business was removed from their site.

My family and I planned on staying here for several days and that changed rapidly as soon as we checked in as the desk clerk was rude to my wife and children. Prior to us even giving our name she yelled at one of my children for touching the counter. Unbelievable action on the clerk's part. We left immediately as we quickly found out the bad reviews were right on target.

Poor and terrible customer service, facilities and treatment of customers. This place treats customers like they do not want them there. The ground maintenance people will move your gear without asking. The management will yell at you if you are in their eyes violating a policy which we were not. The front desk clerk is just purely rude and angry. Do not stay here whatever you do. This is not a place for children to be in as well due to the threatening type behavior of the owner.

I feel like most people stay at this RV park for easy access to Yosemite National Park and we were no different. My husband and I came here for a four-day weekend and had a really nice time. There's plenty of open ground and grassy areas for picnics; we expected this part of the state to have a desert-ish feel, but there were a lot of tall, green trees and even a few rabbits running around. If you go for a short hike up any size hill, the view is pretty sweet, much better than what we expected and I got take some truly lovely photographs. The park amenities were good; the bathrooms and laundromats were all spotless, and we really enjoyed lounging in the community room. The staff are also amazing, and it was a huge plus for us that they all knew the area and the park extremely well. The site prices weren't expensive at all, and we really liked that there several full hookup, pull-thru sites. Next time, we'll definitely do tent camping; can't wait to go back! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
