As we spoke yesterday, no one in office staff was notified about an issue with a washer not working properly. You did put a note on a washer that was discovered by a staff member and you were contacted. To avoid any loss of money, office does need to be notified so we can contact maintenance.

These people are ABSOLUTELY RUDE and Lyers. They informed me Yesterday after they read Reviews that since we were so Unhappy that they would refund the rest of our money that we paid. The Manager Mary told me this. I told them that I would let them know when we were leaving so I sent them a Message Last night when I found out that we were relocating tell them that we were leaving Today and was expecting our Refund. We went to Office This Morning to get Refund and the Owner came out and was Absolutely Rude and said" We were Not Getting a Refund" even though we were told Yesterday that we was. The Owner was Absolutely Biligerant with her Attitude..No Business Owner should ever talk to a Customer like these people do. WE WANT OUR REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. Tried to call office but they will Not Answer the phone when they see my number. THIS PLACE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO CONXUCT BUSINESS THIS WAY. Now waiting on BBB people to call me back so I can file a Formal Complaint..Why Lye ???

We are not rude or tell people where to park. We help guide people into their lot, so there’s enough space for your vehicle. We don’t want our tree rubbing on your RV or you hit the back of our fence. Every vehicle must be parked in their designated area & can’t be parked in someone else’s lot as yours was. We aren’t prejudice as we are the minority here in our park. The rules do apply to everyone and you’re not the exception. We don’t give refunds per our rules, sign posted in plain view as you come into the office. It also states in the receipt you were given when you checked-in. Our gates don’t have that capability to send us alerts when a guest arrives. Our guests can stay as long as they need to. We tried to explain the rules in detail with you but you didn’t want to hear our explanations. You decided to insult us, by using profanity to the owner and cause a scene in the office. By your reviews that you have put out there of other businesses, no matter what we would have done, it would be very difficult to please you. Also, the damages you caused by leaving the water on & flooding the lot and leaving the sewer cap open from your RV. So the sewage will drain out as you were leaving the park was another reason you didn’t get a refund. Good luck in finding your perfect park…..

Worst place I have ever been to. Owner and Family are Very RUDE. When we arrived the Owner came to our RV Space and tried to tell us exactly where she wanted us to Park in our Space.. The place where she wanted us to Park was NOT GOOD for our Trailer. We have 4Slides and where she insisted that we park our Slides would have hit a Tree on space. She got Furious when we told her that we had to move over so Tree wouldn't hit our Camper. After we parked Trailer where it needed to be in order Not to Hit any Trees then the Manager ( Owners Daughter) came out Fussing at us about how we parked over more than what they wanted. Never had any Owner tell us how to Park in Space. There was Nothing Wrong with where we parked Trailer in Space. She also complained about Parking our 2nd Vehicle next to RV in space next to ours. VEHICLE was only there untill we got RV Parked and set up. Less than 30 minutes and didn't see anyone around so didn't think it would be a Problem but obviously it was also a Problem.. I went into Office and Spoke with Manager (Mary) and she told me we had to do exactly what they say or we will get kicked out. She also informed me that if we have Guests they're only allowed to stay 30 minutes. She watches Cameras and gets alerts when Gate code is Accessed. She stated that she sends a Message to your phone when Guest arrive and counts how long they have been there and will inform you that it's time for them to leave.. What kind of Place does that?? No one has that right.. Wouldn't Recommend this Park to Anyone. This is the Worst place we have ever been to.. I hope No one else falls for there Stupidity. This Park isn't even as Nice as the Pics claim. This is OVERRATED... This Place gets a F in Grade. Why would any Owner of RV Park tell you that You Are Not Backing Your Trailer up Good Enough that She can Get Her Son To Do It Quick and Easier than Anyone.. This Place is Horrible..That's Not How To Run A Business.

This little gem is a nice safe haven for a lot of traveler. It was nice to meet so many people who were just passing through and couldn’t resist this place. The staff was so nice and welcoming it felt like family when we showed up. The park itself was nicely designed where everything was separated nicely. The facilities were really nice and always clean. The amenities they offered wasn’t much but the essentials are what are needed when camping. They had some activities for all ages and they liked to hold events to get everyone together. This was a really nice peaceful stay and we are so glad we found it. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
