We spent 4 nights at this campground, it is a very nice campground. It is very new and so they are still making some improvements yet, but the public restrooms are brand new and they have a nice laundry room.

Owners Vic and Tammy were nice hosts. The campground just opened in June 2022. You can tell they have put a lot thought into the design. Currently there are 20 spots with brand new hookups. Walking distance to Elvis Presley lake. Showers are large and very clean. Enjoyed our time there.

Campground is still under construction but is very usable. Good power, water pressure, very nice bathroom/ shower/ laundry. Very nice people at the desk. We make an annual trip to the area and will likely stay here again.

The campground wasn’t even finished and there was no communication about it. We got a spot next to the shower house because we were only going to be there for a night as a stop on our way to Florida, so we didn’t want to hook up our water and sewer. The only problem was that the shower house was just a shell of a building. So we didn’t have any facilities to use at all. It is also at the end of a private neighborhood. The owners were nice and I hope it will be good someday. But it is not completed yet.

Campground Response

We are so sorry for this miscommunication. I wish we had had the opportunity to speak with you before your visit. We have had many people want to stay, so we have had a soft opening and we will have a grand opening when it is complete. We do hope you will give us another chance, the restrooms and shower as well as laundry room will be finished within two weeks or less. We would be happy to let you stay for a night free of charge to make up for this inconvenience.
