Krause Springs Campground provides a destination experience for hiking, exploring rock formations, viewing and listening to the waterfall, watching cattle, birds and wild turkey, observing the stars, and cooling off in the pool. The tent camping areas are mingled among the trees and others in an open field. The rv areas are well equipped for gathering and outdoor cooking. Amazing, cultivated gardens to walk through while listening to the wind chimes. The owners provide a welcoming and well monitored atmosphere. Looking forward to returning soon.

Absolutely lovely family owned and operated place to stay. Multiple bathroom facilities, all kept clean… a few bugs, but we are camping!!! Haha beautiful gardens to stroll or sit and relax. The spring fed pool is so pretty, and the waterfall/natural area is like another world. I hate to rave, because I like the quiet, quaintness of the place , and love keeping it my secret, but I also want them to thrive and others to see this beauty. Enjoy!

Nice environment but too few tent sites with water and electricity, and flat ground.

Awesome experience. The only thing that I would change is to add hot water to the showers!

The staff were beyond accommodating. The botanical garden was so ethereal. I miss the constant sound of wind chimes. The springs were like something you’d see out of a lord of the rings movie. Long story short… I can’t wait to go back

This park was wonderfully beautiful. The staff was very sweet and helpful, park was clean and well maintained. I couldn't get enough of the windchimes in the butterfly garden and the wonder spring fed waterfalls Will definitely be planning another trip down!

It's a great campground with so many beautiful sights to see, from the natural waterfall/grotto to the spring fed pool. The butterfly garden is amazing and there are so many birds around the park you won't lack for nature-watching! It's nice to have the electric/water hookups, with grills and picnic tables available. I wish there was hot water at the showers and more hiking but that's just me 😊

This is a great spot to have fun; the landscape is very well-kept and clean, and camping spots are also very clean. The only thing I would change is that we had spot #1 with water and electricity, and at night, it was hard to sleep with the big wind chimes on the main building. We had a fan, but they were loud. I will definitely be back and just book another campsite a little farther from the chimes, the natural pool is amazing and so fun for our kids.

Well-kept and cared for place, bursting with natural beauty. The garden by the office is a wonderful place to unwind, the pool and the river swimming area are great for family fun. Bath house was clean and well-stocked, staff were responsive. Loved the location - it is conveniently near several state parks that made for great day trips. Be aware that the RV spots are narrow and very close to one another so don't be surprised when you're right next to your neighbor!

Great campground! No hot water, which really is a problem in cooler months.

Krause Springs is a beautiful space with some nice trails and swimming areas. However the RV spots are insanely close together. They have packed twice as many spots into an area than they should have. You have practically zero space or privacy as vehicles, campers etc are literally 3ft away from each other. There are also no fire pits which is super odd! Given the cost of RV spots is fairly high this isn’t a great value nor experience. Also RV areas are not level.
