Rules
Pet Policy
All dogs must be on leash at all times and whenever any dogs is found not leash the owner will fined $5 for each offense. Any pet owner not picking up after their dogs will fined $5 for each incident. Pets are to be left outside, unattended at any time. Please pick up after your pet. No pets in the laundry, pool and store room
Vehicle Policy
No vehicle on the grass. Speed limit 5 MPH. Local law prohibits the changing of oil and washing of vehicles on site. No vehicle repairs.
