Hords Creek Lake

Overview

The Hords Creek Lake is located in the beautiful town of Coleman, Texas and is a great place for a quiet, cozy vacation. The lake and campground are rimmed by thick pockets of tall oak trees, and is the perfect spot for exploring and soaking in nature. Campers can enjoy hiking, biking, scenic viewing and fishing for crappie, blue catfish, flathead catfish, bluegill and a number of other species of fish. Nearby, the town of Abilene offers a number of excellent restaurants, historic sites and museums to explore and enjoy. Amenities at the park include: a boat ramp, water, showers, dump station, sewerage, 50 amp sites and water.
