This was a very nice small clean perfect place for our trip. Bathroom and showers are clean.our spot was #9 which was surrounded by trees perfect in 89 degrees weather. The Lady running it delivered our firewood to our side and was super friendly. I would definitely come back

Beautiful setting, nice cabin...however, the water stunk like rotten eggs! It was so bad that it smelled strong outside the cabin. Though we paid extra for a cabin with a shower, we could not use it due to the stench. Hands stunk when washed with the water, which was not drinkable. Pleasant staff and we liked the fire pit. Probably will not visit again.

This campground/RV park is lovely, it is small so there are fewer crowds. The beautiful trees shade each RV parking area and there are fire pits and picnic tables at each spot. There is a common shower in the office building, and a washer and dryer. We would stay here again if we are in the OshKosh area.

This campground was nice and meet our needs, and would stay here again. And to honest, we weren't able to make the first night because our catalytic converter was stolen, witch left me scrambling to leave for our camp site, second night was very nice, the next morning our black Lab. Starting having seizures, one after the other, sad 😔 and put her down later that day. The trip sucked, but the campground was nice? And the people there were very nice 👍

Cindy and John are a great team and wonderful hosts. Cindy came out in the pouring rain and helped us get situated into a better (water resistant) site and are always smiling and chatting with the guests. Very clean bathrooms and the little pond is so fun to fish and paddle on for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oshkosh thanks to H.O.

Quiet peaceful area. You wouldn't know you were so close to highway or town. Bathrooms were clean, nice showers. Easy to navigate camper placement on the gravel. Pet friendly

0 stars. Stuck up judgemental snobs. Upon arrival they check your camper and if it's too old they turn you away. The expensive camper owners don't want to look at an old camper. Nevermind the fact that the view is of a garbage mound and it's within walking distance of the pedo prison. They will also turn you away if your dogs are an aggressive breed. None of this is mentioned on their website. It's purely judgemental discrimination. In every other campground I've ever been to, the campers are down to earth and share a common love of nature. Not at Hickory Oaks. The swimming area is a small pond, there is no store, no laundry, no showers and no community activities. Hands down the very worst campground I've had the displeasure of visiting.
