Grass was not fully cut. We always enjoy our stay at the Marsh. Lodge has great food. No one bothers us. Nice to camp where we can be noisy after midnight. Rover Pass pass is a bit confusing and not real user friendly.

A shower for the north side sites would be nice. Bathrooms were 'clean', but kind of gross. It's camping. Canoe rental should return. :) We would have used them. Overall, very nice experience. Would return for a peaceful weekend. On site restaurant was very nice, food was great and staff was excellent.

Daniel Sargent

It was a good time.

Debra Cuggino

The only thing I can say that was bad with the campsite the grass should of been cut. Otherwise we had a nice time. We will be back.

Patrick Schmitz

Nice campground

Great campgrounds, and the grill at the lodge is amazing!! (Three guys and a grill) Def will be back! Some hookups are not close, but chk the map and prepare. Mine was perfect.

We have been staying at the Marsh for years, but we usually stay in the overflow field with our group of friends. This year we chose to get one of the RV sites. The pads are nice and level, and easy to get into. The water hook up was a ways away, but we had plenty of pressure. The on site restaurant is marvelous and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Scott Maurer

We camped in the south campground the very south sites and were glad because the north and central campgrounds had standing water and mud! Also when the new bathroom facility is finally finished that will help.

We spent this last weekend here.. the sites we had booked were under water so they were nice enough to call and tell us they were moving us. We were in 4 and 5 I think.. only thing we didn’t know we needed such a long hose for the water..and road back there seems awfully busy along with a driver ending up in the Marsh because he was intoxicated…other than that we enjoyed our stay the restaurant was great.. look forward to coming back again..

Ronald Schulze

We really enjoyed this park. It was quiet and very relaxing. Beware that this park does get really busy on Road America race weekends and will NOT be quiet and relaxing then! The new shower facility will be fantastic when finished. Until then, showers were clean and okay, but too far from our campsite.

first time there awesome staff food and campground! We will be back

Hot weekend everything was good, outhouses by the boat landing were clean 👍

Malgorzata Urban

Nice location! Clean campground, not crowded. Clean bathrooms and showers. Would come again.

Joyce Smith

It was very nice and quiet. Made for a relaxing time. The campsites are laid out weird. But we made it work. Loved the sound of water moving and the sun sets were gorgeous. Maybe could spray for bugs the little green bugs were everywhere but over all great place.

Thomas Hess

Great spot to camp! Cool viewing tower and a lil bar/restaurant. Easy 7 min drive to Road America for the race!

Scott Stetz

Great place.

Brenda Fritsche

It was great very clean and quiet. A great restaurant. I will be going back again love it.

Bret Chilcott

Great campground. Quiet and peaceful. Great restaurant on the campground.

Scott Maurer

We had a very nice time at site 31. The center circle, sites 26-38 are the best by far and the quietest. Once the new building is done (if karma doesn’t get the county board, built on Indian burial) it’ll be nice!

Jeremy Watts

Over all not horrible, bathrooms were complete garbage and should be torn down and replaced. Including a map in your check in package would be ideal. And you will want to check the trees for dead limbs as one large limb that was clearly dead for a long time fell on a neighboring camper ,not sure how much damage it did as it hit their camper and then felll where their 2-3 year old kids were generaly playing ,luckily they were on a walk.

Campground Response

Hi, new bathrooms and showers are currently being built, they will be ready for the next season.
