Speed limit

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Smoking

No smoking in any building. Do not throw cigarette butts on the premises/grounds. Be courteous.

Restrooms/Laundry

Open 24 hours. Located in the Rec Hall area. Clotheslines are not permitted.

Free Ice

Please bring your own container. Ice is located on the south side of the Rec Hall.

Pond

No swimming or fishing in the pond.

Children

Parents are fully responsible for their children at all times.

Tents

Tents are not permitted at any time.

Generators

Generators are not permitted at any time.

Sewer

Sewer hoses must be fastened tightly using a threaded connector, rigid elbow or donut. Please replace the sewer cap when leaving your site.

Trash

Dumpsters are located by the park exit. Please break down large boxes. No large items.

Mail

Mail can be picked up at the office.

Internet Access

Basic Wi-Fi is throughout the park. A code to access is required.

Pet Policies

Pets are welcome only when these rules are followed: No aggressive dogs allowed. No animal is to disturb guests with loud barking from inside or outside your RV. Please pick up your dog’s mess. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 5 feet and are not be to be left unattended outside.

No Refunds. Except in the form of a credit for a one night stay.

No mats or rugs on the grass.

Do not park on or drive on the grass.

No walking through occupied sites.

Do not drive through unoccupied sites.

No washing of RVs or vehicles. Use of mobile wash is allowed.

Great service and great campground. We have stayed at your location twice now. Both times, the staff has been super helpful. We made a late arrival this time. The staff called us ahead and walked us through the process. Everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Cleaned and well organized spaces. We will definitely be back. Also, the location is great. We enjoyed having access to the extra bath house facilities, laundry and more!

love the location - easy walk to town and nice park to walk dogs. The staff allowed me to receive mail there. Highly recommend this location. Most sites have some shade. good list of TV channels. Prices are getting higher every yeat

Great place to stay. Clean and quite. People were very friendly and helpful. Also , great location from downtown. We're going back next month. My only complaint is not so good Wifi. I can live with that. help

Stayed here for a couple nights in October to watch the solar eclipse. The park is the closest rv park to downtown Fredericksburg. Space are gravel and level but slightly close to each other. Our spot (#21) had a tree on the backside of our trailer that had branches that we couldn't avoid. Was a little worried about the branches scratching the trailer when the wind blew but nothing happened - just something to watch out for.

Great park. Awesome location. Close to Main Street. Park was clean and quiet. Enjoyed playing pool in the rec room. Big laundry area but bring quarters. No change machine in there.

Nice park. Clean laundry and showers. It was close to town and had food trucks right next door. My only complaint is the noise from a nearby business. There was a lot of machine noise throughout the night. The park itself was great.

I've stayed at this RV resort multiple times. Overall not a bad place to stay. My only complaint I did get harassed couple of times because they showed me checking out on a Saturday instead of Sunday. Eventhough my paperwork that they gave me said Sunday checkout. Than I checked out and received a call 1 hour into our trip warning us that check out is 12 and I needed to be out of my spot. Just told them check again, we've been gone since 11. Final and a biggie for me the place wasn't as kept up as I remembered.
